Now that they gave me a quote I can’t even get a return phone call. If they can’t do the job at least answer the phone and have the courtesy to tell me that they can’t do it.

July 12, 2026 Better Business Bureau Testimonial for Chris Hopkins, All About Roofing As the owner of J. C. Holston Home Improvement in Columbia, South Carolina, I have proudly served our community since 1972 and have maintained an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. I first met Chris Hopkins, owner of All About Roofing, in October 2006 when he and his crew installed a roof on a two-story home, I was remodeling. The quality of their workmanship and professionalism impressed me from the beginning. Since that time, All About Roofing has been the only roofing company I have used for my projects. Over the past two decades, I have recommended Chris Hopkins and All About Roofing to numerous contractors, homeowners, and customers who needed a dependable roofing contractor. I have always been confident referring to them because they consistently provide quality workmanship, honest service, and fair treatment. All About Roofing has also completed roofing projects for my church and many members of its congregation. Their work has always been completed professionally and to a high standard. What I appreciate most is that Chris stands behind his work. If a customer ever needs service after a project is completed, he responds promptly and takes care of the issue. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is becoming increasingly rare. Based on my experience since 2006, I highly recommend Chris Hopkins and All About Roofing to anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and experienced roofing contractor. J. C. Holston Owner, J. I have used Chris and his team before. Him and his team went over and beyond my expectations. Genuinely impressed with the quality and service that I received. The team showed up Friday morning and worked through the weekend to make sure i was satisfied. I had extensive damage to the rear of my home, and they did a phenomenal job. Answering any questions I have and performing the job correctly. I would recommend them for all your roofing needs!
