  Called this company from a recommendation. Dallas came out right away and did some measurements and sent us the quote right away. Booked the appointment to get the work done. And no one ever showed up. Dallas said the guy was on his way. …

  Thank you for the review Shauna! When we originally sent the quote via email, it clearly states on the bottom to sign the quote and send it back informing that you would like to proceed with the work. In this case you sent us a Facebook message asking 3 or 4 different questions, one of them being "when could you do the work" I stated back that we could do the work the following week if we were in agreement to the quote and nothing was said back other then "perfect". The next Monday afternoon i receive a message again on "fb" stating nobody showed up. Well I honestly had no idea that we were in agreement to do the work as your questions the prior week were to me just pre signing questions which is very normal in our line of work. After i received the message and realized you wanted to go ahead with the work I pulled our installer off the project he was in the middle of only to try to make your experience better with us as you live in my community. I let you know the guy should be there between 9-10am but at 11am you messaged me yet again furious because he was not there. I can only respond to the fact that our installer was running on another customers time and had to pack all his stuff up due to the lack of communication you originally started with in such that you should have just signed the original quote and sent it back. He would have been there the very day you "thought" the work was getting done when I did not even know we had the project. I think it is very unfair to give a bad review to a company for your own lack of communication to begin with. That being said, i am sorry we did not get a chance to work together but i think it might have been for the best given these unfortunate circumstances. Thanks for your re-review Shauna.   Don’t know how well of a job they do roofing but an awful lot of packages have gone missing while they have been working on the building my apartment is in.

  Do not call this company only 4 month look at my house, and we talked to them, they argued with me and they don’t want to fix it and charge me extra money with out even checking what the exact problem is. 10 year warranty anything with roof problem doesn’t that mean any install and removal. Customer service is really poor, 100% your company same phone number same address … why don’t u admit it, temper very bad…

  Best service ever. Even had the Owner Dallas on site. Solid famliy business. Amanda in the office was an absolute gem too. Good people are getting hard to find, but they are there at Albatross. Totally saved our butts from another place we tried. Highly reccomend using them.

  Albatross Roofing did an outstanding job on our son's home and garage in Beaumont two years ago, and we’re still extremely happy with the results! They replaced all the shingles on both the house and garage, and also installed new gutters on the garage. The workmanship was top-notch — everything was done efficiently, neatly, and with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how clean and organized the jobsite was. When they were done, there wasn’t a single nail or piece of debris left behind — just a beautiful new roof and gutters. The team was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. Two years later, everything still looks fantastic and has held up perfectly through all kinds of weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Albatross Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work in Beaumont and the greater Edmonton area.

  Thank you Brayden, for inspecting the flat roof on my house after the concerns I had. I appreciate all the time you spent with me, explaining the issues that worried me. Although my roof had been done by a different company in 2023, they failed to answer questions or to come out and inspect the roof, when I realized there were problems. Therefore, I called Albatross Roofing. Brayden not only inspected the roof, but he sat down and explained all the issues with me, until I understood. All options were discussed. Brayden identified there were a number of issues, but assured me the roof was fine for now. He agreed to do a further inspection in the winter. I would highly recommend Albatross Roofing to everyone. I wasn't conned into an expensive fix, and appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company. Thank you again.

  I had the flat roof of my house replaced in 2023, and had a few issues I needed to discuss with the original contractor. However, he never returns calls, although the roof is under warranty. As I previously had problems with return calls in 2023, I called Albatross Roofing to discuss. Brayden agreed to come and inspect the roof. He took a number of photos and then sat down and explained everything to me. Apparently the roof product was applied incorrectly. In order to correct the issue, the entire roof would have to be redone. Trying to put my mind at ease, he reassured me that the way it is now should last another ten or maybe even fifteen years, but I should have regular inspections just to make sure. I would highly recommend this company. They came out to my home even knowing it wasn't their problem and it was unlikely that they could do anything, or get paid for any work. But Brayden did calm my stress, and agreed to come to inspect again, if I get no satisfaction from the original contractor. And he never charged me for the inspection. Much appreciated. Norma Bernas

  Great job on roof. Cleaned up after every day. Pleasant workers. When issues arose, very willing to work them out quickly and efficiently. Reasonable price. Very professional and easy to work with. I would have no problems asking Albatross Roofing to do a roof for me. I was very pleased with the outcome.

  Let's begin with I have a tar and gravel roof, that started to leak a couple of months after we bought our home. We got quotes from several providers but each time, there was some problem with the quote provided. Be it in the solution or materials specified. Then we met Brayden. I immediately felt that after speaking with Brayden, I finally had a clear picture of what was happening with my roof. And what was required to completely do the job correctly. Given that, we decided to go with Albatross for our roof replacement, and I am very, very pleased with the results. The team that was assigned to our job, led by a gent named Scott, was prompt and very hard working. I work from home, and I noted that each day the team accomplished an amazing amount of work. To be honest, they had the whole job done in 4 DAYS. My wife and I were amazed relieved. The installation was very neatly done and we are very pleased with the results. Down to the final inspection, in which Brayden noticed a few little places that needed a little wipe to ensure it looks clean and brand new. As opposed to other quotes, they were able to provide us with new gutters as well. My opinion, and my experience with Brayden and Scott are that they are completely competent and you can trust them with your roofing project. We were, as first time home owners, very concerned that the job be done correctly and as I have mentioned, we could not be happier. Thanks guys!
