Had leak in roof turned out being a chimney issue, received a call from Abraham, not the most pleasant experience, didnt offer any solutions except having to call a whole different company to fix masonry work, which a large section of the roof was torn off by now so I'm feeling stuck thinking this is going to be very expensive on a 3 year old roof, and he says we can tarp the chimney till you get it fixed then they can put the section of roof back on,all this in the same conversation finally talk to the project manager very informative came up with a reasonable solution gave me a estimate on the chimney work ended up being almost double what he quoted but overall I was OK with it Your worker who did the repairs was excellent did a great job, quality work great cleanup

AIC recently did a full roof replacement for me and I could not he more pleased with the experience. From beginning to end of the process they were incredibly thorough and communicative, remaining open and up front about expectations and cost. Needing a new roof is a tough spot that nobody wants to be in, and I had a lot of companies to choose from. Overall though, I found that AIC was the best from top to bottom and I think my end product reflects that.

AIC roofing & construction was courteous, professional and punctual from Mr. Banks to Mr. Combs and the final check over with Mr. Reynolds. They completed a major job of old roof removal, new roof installed and cleanup in one day. But more importantly, looks like it was done well. They are good people to work with—highly recommend. Update: I saw small problem under an overhang on my roof nearly two years after initial installation. Called AIC and Mr. Jimmy was here bright and early next morning and repaired it. Thank you AIC.
