High-quality roof replacement (new metal roof) and gutters performed by a top-notch team. Excellent communication throughout the project, providing timely (in many cases immediate) responses to all my questions and concerns. Very good with site clean-up, too.

We thought we had a leak. Sean came on Sunday morning and very quickly identified that it was hvac duct condensation and not the roof. Honesty! And given how hard it had rained the night before he could have very easily separated us from our money. I will call him for all roofing needs moving forward. Honesty is hard to find these days.

Great service from Sean and his team at Affordable Roofing and Repairs. He immediately came to asses our roofing situation and immediately after was able to give us an estimate/schedule us for repair. It's nice to see local family owned companies that still run in such a professional and expedient manner. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing service needs if you want a seamless and professional experience. Gem Company! Thank you!
