We had our roof replaced by Adams & Sons Roofing Llc, and the whole experience was excellent. Raymond was very professional, easy to talk with, and kept us informed through each step of the roofing work. He answered every question in simple terms and made sure we understood the process, materials, and what to expect during the job. The crew was respectful of our home and careful around the property from start to finish. When the work was done, they cleaned up so well it hardly looked like a roofing crew had been there. The finished roof looks great, with straight clean edges, sharp-looking shingles, and solid flashing around the chimneys. They also replaced damaged roof decking where needed, which gave us extra confidence in the quality of the job. We heard about them from close friends who had roofing work done, and we are really glad we chose them. They gave helpful recommendations based on their roofing experience, but also listened closely to our concerns and what we wanted for our home. Their workmanship is top notch, and the new roof has really improved both the look and protection of the house.

I’m very impressed with the whole roofing team. Raymond took the time to measure everything carefully and helped us pick roof and trim colors, which made the process easy. I also want to recognize the tear-off crew because they did a great job keeping the work moving and the area cleaned up. Elias and Raymond handled my roof, soffit, and fascia work, and both went above and beyond. Whenever I had a question about the roofing work or metal details, they were always patient and helpful. They even took care of a few extra things for me. I would highly recommend this team for any roofing, metal roofing, soffit, or fascia needs.

Elias and his crew were installing a new roof nearby, so my husband asked him to stop by and check a leak on our roof. He came over the same day, did a careful roof inspection, explained what he found, and offered a clear estimate for the repair and replacement work. The estimate was sent quickly, and after we looked it over, we decided to move forward. From there, the whole roofing process was smooth and well organized. The crew showed up on schedule early in the morning and got right to work. They worked efficiently, kept the job site neat, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was finished in just a few days, and the new roof looks great. We are very happy with the workmanship, the communication, and how easy they made the entire experience. I would gladly recommend them for any roofing needs.

They did an excellent job replacing my roof, and my home looks much better inside and out. The crew also fixed the ceiling stains caused by a roof leak, which made a big difference. Elias was great to work with, answered all of my many questions, and stayed friendly and helpful through the whole roofing process. He showed me several shingle samples and helped me choose a roof color that matched my house well. He explained each step clearly, from inspection to installation, so I always knew what was coming next. During the roof work, the crew kept the job site neat, protected the area around the house, and updated me on the plan for the next day. I am very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall service, and I would gladly recommend them for any roofing repair or roof replacement in Franklin.

We hired a roofing crew to replace our old cedar shake roof with a Brava synthetic roof and new gutters, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the whole team did a great job. Elias was very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly skilled in roofing work. The install crew worked hard and stayed organized while handling a detailed and challenging roof project. They put in long days in the summer heat and kept the work moving efficiently without cutting corners. Even with tough conditions, they stayed focused and completed the job with real care. The crew was courteous, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the project. They also did an excellent job protecting our home, keeping the area clean, and paying close attention to every part of the roof and gutter replacement. We are thrilled with the finished roof, the new gutter system, and the overall workmanship. Their attention to detail, strong work ethic, and clean job site really stood out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, specialty roofing, or gutter work.

a tree branch fell on my roof and damaged some shingles and plywood. raymond came out the same day i called, inspected the roof right away, and gave me real peace of mind when he confirmed there was no structural damage. he explained everything in simple terms, pointed out the affected roofing areas, and provided a fair quote for the repair. he also worked with my schedule and gave me a discount when the job could be done while his crew was already in the franklin area. i have worked with raymond before for roof and skylight inspections, and he has always been honest, prompt, and easy to deal with. the repair process was smooth, the workmanship was solid, and it was reassuring to know the roofing work came with a warranty. i would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof or skylight repair in franklin.
