All I can say is wow. After seeing the crew complete roofing work on my neighbor’s home and then another house across the street, I called to ask for an estimate on new gutters. Douglas came over quickly, looked over everything, and gave me a fair quote with clear details about the gutter installation. When I asked about scheduling, he said they could start the next day. The roofing and gutter crew arrived around 9 in the morning and finished before noon. The new gutters look great, the workmanship is clean, and the whole job was handled in a very professional way. They also did an excellent job protecting the property and cleaning up, with no trash, nails, or debris left anywhere. It honestly looks like no work crew had even been there, except now the house looks much better. I highly recommend them for roofing, siding, and gutter services in Fairlawn. Fast response, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and a smooth process from estimate to final cleanup. A++++++

I had a great experience and would highly recommend this roofing company. During my roof repair, an unexpected issue came up with some old wiring that affected a refrigerant line. Douglas quickly stepped in, coordinated the added work with HVAC and electrical contractors, and made sure the related repair cost was handled fairly on my bill. Douglas also called me personally to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The crew was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Even when surprises came up in an older home, they handled everything the right way and kept the project moving. The new roof and skylight look strong, well-built, and really improved the home.

Personal service really stands out with this roofing team. They set a very high standard for roof repair and inspection work. This local roofer has built a strong reputation through great customer care, clear communication, skilled workmanship, close attention to detail, and fair pricing. Douglas personally walked the full roof with me during the inspection and explained every issue he found. It was clear right away that he knows roofing inside and out. His experienced eye caught improper installation, aging shingles, worn flashing, and other problem areas that could turn into leaks if left alone. He then put together a clear repair estimate using aerial roof measurements and took time to explain the reason behind each recommended repair in simple terms. Before the scheduled repair day, we had heavy rain, and the crew came out early to place protective patches and leak barriers over the damaged sections. That extra step gave us real peace of mind and showed how much they care about protecting a home before the main roofing work even begins. During the repair, Douglas documented the problem areas with before-and-after photos and used solid roofing methods so the repaired sections blended in well with the existing shingles. From the ground, the roof looks clean and consistent, and you can hardly tell work was done. They arrived on time, stayed on schedule, and honored the quoted price even when the job became more involved than expected. It is easy to see that this roofer takes quality, detail, and customer service seriously. I would gladly call them again for any roof repair, roof leak, shingle, or flashing needs in Fairlawn.

A strong wind and rain storm damaged one of my bathroom skylights beyond repair, so I moved forward with a roofer I had already been considering for another roofing issue. Since the back flat roof membrane was also very old, I decided to have that replaced too, along with both skylights, which were well past their prime. Douglas was responsive, on time, and clear throughout the whole process. The pricing was fair, and it was easy to get the work scheduled without a long delay. The roofing crew worked efficiently, treated my property with care, and cleaned up all debris when the job was done. They even vacuumed old leaves off both skylight screens, which was an extra touch I really appreciated. The whole experience felt professional and well organized from inspection to completion. It is not always easy to find a reliable roofing contractor when a leak or skylight problem suddenly becomes urgent, so it was a relief to work with a team that followed through and communicated well. I am very happy with the new skylights and the flat roof work, and I would gladly continue using them for future roof maintenance and repairs. Now I can enjoy the sound of rain on my skylights again with complete peace of mind.

Adams & Sons Roofing LLC was the only roofing company in Fairlawn that responded quickly to my calls, visited my home, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled the work right away. After a tornado damaged a large section of my roof, it was tough to get other roofers to commit, but this team followed through. Douglas and the crew did excellent work and finished the new roof in just three days. They removed the old metal roofing with care, which let me save the furring strips and metal panels. Cleanup was impressive—hardly any nails were left in the yard, and they even left behind a full pack of shingles for future repairs.

We had an outstanding experience with this roofing company. After buying our home, we knew we needed a new roof. The previous owner had recommended this roofer, and even though we looked at a few other companies, we decided to go with them. We wanted to switch from a shingle roof to a tile one, and they were very helpful throughout the process. The price was fair compared to other quotes, and the quality of work was top-notch. There was a bit of a wait for the roof tiles to arrive from the supplier, but Douglas had told us ahead of time that this could happen, so we were prepared. Once everything was ready, the crew arrived on schedule and worked efficiently. They took care to protect our pool and patio before starting the tear-off, and when they finished, they cleaned up thoroughly—even picking up nearly every nail from the yard. The installation of the roof underlayment and other basics went smoothly, with only short pauses for the necessary inspections. Douglas kept us in the loop about the timeline for the tile delivery, and once it arrived, the final installation was done beautifully. The project stayed on budget, everything was handled just as promised, and our new roof looks fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the results!
