  Rude employees who are actually resorting to name calling over the phone. Unprofessionalism to the extreme. BIG WARNING ABOUT USING THEM!!!

  Pick another company. They came out to inspect the roof, but didn't actually get on the roof. They used a drone instead—except at the end, the guy said the drone doesn't let him see that closely so he couldn't say whether there was damage. What was the point of an inspection again?! The guy had a ladder on his truck so he could have gone up. It was a sunny, dry day. He just didn't. Not knowing any better, I filed a claim on my insurance since that's what he recommended (note: don't ever do this without getting a quote on the needed fixes). Good roofers will show up at the same time as the insurance adjuster, so I scheduled a time with Ace and with insurance. Ace called me the day of saying they're heading my way but never showed up. Roofing unfortunately doesn't require any sort of professional license, so there's no guarantee that a company knows what they're doing. But if I need roofing services again, why would I ever go to a company that can't inspect a roof or even show up?

  We reached out to Amous to repair hail damage back in April, and signed a contract to get our roof replaced as well as trim on our chimney while they were up there. The actual roof didn't come in until August (4 months later) because the wrong material was initially ordered, and during the job we had to deal with - Insufficient materials, dragging the installation process out to three days - Roofers trying to cut corners by putting new shingles over 20 year old underlayment - Damage to landscaping lights - Damage to our fence - Trash and materials left in our yard - Ridge vents on our shed that were thrown away and not re-used. At the end of the day we're left holding the bag to re-paint trim and find someone else to do the chimney. The finished roof looks nice, but I'd say this company is average at best, and definitely not worth 5 stars. The pictures attached show how our house was left when crews left (bare plywood, new shingles on old underlayment), chimney not touched, some of the damage and trash, however there's still more (damaged lights, empty cans, etc.) not pictured.

  While the quality seems fine, the follow up and customer service is very poor. Had several conversations that we misconstrued and twisted by salesperson. Also, extremely non responsive. Been waiting for almost six months now for the promised follow-up inspection.

  Amous was referred by a neighbor/friend whose roof was replaced by Ace/Amous from an insurance claim (hail). Amous looked at our roof and said he saw damage so we submitted a claim. It was rejected, Amous said he would send his guy out to check the roof (Amous did not inspect the roof himself except from the ground) and escalate/contest the adjuster's findings with proof. That was the last I heard from Amous. Texts, email and calls when unreturned. Basically, if not able to submit and insurance claim digitally (like my neighbor), without a physcical inspection by the insurance company, its either not a valid insurance claim or too much work. Either way, ghosting communications is unprofessional. Seems like an ambulance chaser but for roof insurance claims if can be slid through easily.

  Kyle is unprofessional. Excuse after excuse. First it was vacation. Then it was that be didn't have time to communicate with his employee. Then he has sick. Then he just stopped communicating. Compete run around and a waste of time. Dot use Ace Roofing Company.

  They were quick to respond when we got shingle damage due to recent high winds. The person who came out to do the repair was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job the very next day after we spoke. I will definitely consider this roofing company for my next roof or for additional repairs if needed. Thank you guys!!!
