This company was hired to install a roof on a house we purchased (we had no control over what company was hired). We were unable to find an office address or company phone number to contact the company, which is very unprofessional in our opinion. The address listed is the owners former residence. While the roof was supposed to be done prior to closing date, it couldn’t happen due to trouble getting materials, and was delayed about a week, which is understandable. However, communication was very unclear as to what day the roofers would show up (we had supplies blocking our driveway for about 3 days before anyone showed up, though we were told they would be there THE DAY the materials were delivered). Additionally, when the workers did show up, only one person spoke English so we could not communicate well. They also brought a 7 year old girl with them who was running around our property the entire two days they were working on the roof. While I respect parents who work, we did not appreciate an unsupervised child on our property without our consent or any notice. No one said anything when they were done, they just up and left. We had to clean up the supplies that were left behind. They left a ton of nails and debris on our roof we had to climb up and clean off ourselves. There is also two obvious dents in our gutter that were not there before, but no one came forward about it and again the company is hard to get a hold of. We were able to get a call from the owner during our contract period at the request of the realtors, but he promised us quotes and paperwork and never delivered. This was before the nightmare that was the actual installation. The lack of communication obstructed our ability to move in and coordinate with other contractors doing estimates for other work on the house. We reached out over text and email to talk to owner to see what we could do to make it right and have not heard back since. We waited a week before posting review in hopes this was a

The realtor had Absolute Roofing do a few repairs on the house I was purchasing. All that was needed was tightening up some screws and putting some gasket in. We were in Texas for closing and after moving in, noticed not all of the screws …

Absolute roofing installed new gutters on my house less than a year ago and now I have a problem with the installation. After calling multiple times and leaving messages, no one will even return my call. I'm on my own and will have to pay another company to come and make it right. If you are looking for a fly by night experience, this is probably your company.

I requested a quote and Byron Winters came out quickly and gave me an estimate. He had his crew out within a week. Great work and very affordable when compared to other quotes. I'm very pleased with the work. My roof was leaking and we were expected to get alot more more rain. He was a life saver.

In 2018 Absolute roofing was able to replace the roofing and gutters on four separate buildings and the installation process was great. What set them apart from all others was their ability to set realistic expectations and keep me informed …

The team at Absolute Roofing was courteous and fairly priced. I got the level of material and workmanship quality that I expected - which these days is not always the case. The company even took care of dealing with the insurance company so I didn't have to. I'd definitely hire them again on other projects, as well as, refer them to friends and family!
