A1 Siding and Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for A1 Siding and Roofing.

It pains me to post this but our experience is summed up by 2 words: unprofessional and unreliable. After a month of rescheduling Corey installed the product. Then called to ask for additional changes that were never discussed. When explained that we cannot do these changes at the moment he came back, removed and destroyed the product. We have been homeowners for many years and have never experienced such behavior.

We are sorry about the misunderstanding and miscommunication regarding the siding repair for your home. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances did not allow us to make the repairs as we originally planned. We could not cover up the electrical lines with aluminum trim as it was previously, as this creates potential safety hazard. To safely and correctly make the repairs it would require coordinating with the service provider which unfortunately has a fee associated with it. Sorry again for the miscommunication.

John came over, even brought samples of roof shingles, John has a sixth sense because he picked the same one we did. His guys made quick work of removing shingles and replaced boards that were in rough shape, all new edging, nice shingles and the roof vent is awesome, will probably lower roof under temp some degrees. I know there’s a lot of scams so I’m Leary of most but John really did make me comfortable. Pick A1 siding and roofing for your needs, you won’t be sorry. My mobile home is 14’ x 70’ and it looks so nice, they have a clean up person that does a great job, you can tell they all take great pride in what they are doing. Pictures show shingles, edging and vent at top, quality work!

I had A1 Siding address some fascia that had been blown off by the wind. They arrived to do the work as soon as weather would allow, and the area looks like brand new! Would use them again if needed without hesitation.

Hired A1 to remove 1 1/2 ft. Of snow from my roof. The clearing and cleanup were excellent. Reasonably priced. If you ever need this type of service, A1 Roofing are the people to call.

Had a new leak in our bathroom and called John at A1 and he was very responsive. Once the winds died down he climbed our Colonial roof and found one cracked tile. He effected permanent repair and problem solved. I would highly recommend the A1 roofing family

I hired A1 Siding & Roofing to put a new roof on my house and I couldn't be happier!!! I have hired plenty of roofing companies in my line of work and A1 did an outstanding job! The installation and attention to detail was top notch. This is a 3rd generation family run business where reputation and doing what you say you're going to do really matters. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof or siding. They get an "A" on my report card and a #1 in my book.
