  I hired A-Team to rebuild my wooden front porch steps. They began work in September, tore off the old steps, then left all the debris in my yard. As of 12/2 they still have not completed the new steps nor have they removed the debris from the old steps. They have made some progress as shown in the picture, but that was from over a week ago. I have let them know multiple times that the debris is still sitting in my yard and that the steps are not completed. Update: they have mostly completed the steps and they look very nice. The project is still not 100% complete

  I called to get an estimate on finishing my basement. It took about a week to get someone out to look at it. The guy that came out was very nice. He said he would get me an estimate the next week. I sent two follow up emails because I never heard back from him. Still nothing. Guess they don't need the business that bad.

  I had hail damage to my roof and garage. I cannot say enough good about A-Team construction!! The entire process was super easy and smooth and communication was clear and fast. Travis did a great job on my house roof and garage roof inspection and did not miss a thing. Approval was fast and the team that came to complete my roof and gutter replacement was fast, professional, and quality was 5 star!! They even noticed the deck of my roof was not to code and paused the process to get me approved for a full new roof decking and that did not slow the process at all and got it fully approved by insurance also! All said and done my roof looks absolutely amazing and the new gutters look soooo good as well!! If you are thinking about hiring A-team construction for any home related repairs I would say don’t hesitate and get on their books, you will not be disappointed and I also will tell you to ask for Travis!! As stated prior he made the entire project very easy for a homeowner and was always very respectful and professional.

  I have used A-Team for major and minor repairs on our home such as repairing exterior wood banisters on our deck and front entry and replacing wood on our siding. I am pleaed with their work and their ability to fit in even small jobs.

  My experience with A-Team construction was amazing. After a storm, we had a single siding plank pulled loose on our home. Every other siding and general repair company we called wanted huge minimums just to come out and look at the problem - $1000 or more. When we called A-Team they came out and repaired the plank for an incredibly reasonable cost - a sum you would expect for a minor repair. Not only that, they came out same day to fix the problem. The A-Team admin staff and repair crew were super professional and personable. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!

  I live in a side-by-side duplex that had hail damage and needed a new roof. We reached out to a couple companies and decided to go with A-Team due to the positive reviews and the location of their offices. I felt much better about the process knowing there was a physical location and a longevity to their business. The initial contact was good but there was a change made to our point man(he was let go by the company) that contributed to a delay in the construction. While this delay was frustrating, A-Team Construction (and specifically Aaron, the owner) really went out of their way to get things back on track and improve communication. There was a mistake in the materials made by a supplier (different size of siding, which had to be replaced as well) and Aaron gave us a couple options, both of which were more than fair to us. I found Aaron and his company to be straightforward and honest when I asked some questions about the design and the options available. This job had to deal with 2 different owners and insurance companies and I thought they handled things well. The actual replacement of the siding and roof went smoothly and within the timeframe we had discussed. It is almost a year out from the replacement, and I am still impressed with the quality of the work. I have had 0 issues related to the roof and siding. I would highly recommend A-Team Construction.

  I was amazed how fast and easy it was after getting roof damage after a storm for me to get it fixed with A Team. I called and they came took pictures and decided what needed to be done and got me on the schedule and even put up a temp fix so no more damage till the real fix. I will continue to use A Team for my home repairs.
