  I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team! They did a wonderful job from start to finish, and we truly have no complaints. They took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and what to expect, which was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. The difference it made in our house is incredible — it was such an improvement and turned out even better than we hoped. You can tell Mike and his team take pride in the work they do, and we are so happy with the finished result. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

  We discovered a couple of leaks in our roof and after further investigation decided that we needed a professionals opinion. Initially we expected to have the roof repaired but after Brady looked it over and explained to us the fact that the roof was at least 20 years old (we’ve owned the house for 10 years), attempting to repair it may cause more damage. And he identified hale damage. With that discovery, we decided to file a claim with our insurance company. Brady walked us through the claims process and told us before hand what the insurance company would say. He was instrumental in helping us receive a greater settlement. He gave us a quote and I told him that we would solicit quotes from other companies for comparison. He did not discourage that at all. When we agreed upon a price and terms, he schedule the job. There was a one day delay but that actually worked in our favor. I was able to be home at the time of the job. The crew arrived just after dawn, covered the shrubbery with tarps, staged their tools and materials and immediately started tearing off the existing roof. Within a couple of hours, some started replacing damaged roof decking, some were cleaning the roof and installing synthetic felt, then the valley material was installed. During all of this there seemed to always be someone on the ground picking up debris. Once shingle installation began, it was non stop. Toward the end of the day, a slight rain shower started but they worked on as if it wasn’t happening. After about 12 hours they completed the roof, removed the tarps, cleaned up the remaining debris, loaded their tools in their van and were pulling out of the driveway. They had removed and installed 48 squares of shingles. They were polite and professional. Overall an excellent experience. A-List Renovation (Brady Hill) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Should anyone I know need home repairs, they will be recommended. Thank you for a job well done.

  I don't like leaving reviews. But this team did a great job. I have a small house. We have been having thunderstorms everyday for a week. I was worried about the job getting done before the next storm came thru. They started earlier than I was ready for, but the job was done before 4pm. It looks wonderful. They cleaned up well. I am very pleased. Mike had a double team do the work so it would be fast. Reggie made sure it was done right.

  Finding an honest and trustworthy contractor these days can feel overwhelming, but this company completed exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The owner took an incredible amount of time speaking with us personally – not just about our roof itself, but about what to look for in a reputable contractor, what red flags to avoid and even how insurance companies are handling claims right now. His knowledge and willingness to educate us really stood out and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Their pricing was extremely fair compared to competitors and they used high-quality architectural shingles that even qualified us for a discount on our homeowners insurance policy. That alone was a huge bonus! The roofing crew was phenomenal. They arrived before sunrise for the tear-off and had the entire job completed before sunset. Watching the progress throughout the day was honestly impressive. The crew worked efficiently, stayed professional and were genuinely pleasant to interact with. What really impressed us was the care they took with our property. They protected the lawn and shrubbery during the tear-off process, cleanup was incredibly thorough and they made multiple passes with large magnets to pick up nails and debris to help prevent injuries or tire damage. This was truly one of the best contractor experiences we’ve ever had. Honest people, quality work, fair pricing and exceptional attention to detail. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  MY WIFE AND I WERE WONDERING ABOUT POSSIBLE DAMAGE ON MY ROOF, SO I CALLED MIKE HENRY FROM “A-LIST RENOVATIONS CONSULTANTS” WHICH WE HAD USED IN THE PAST AND HAD GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM. SO THIS WAS A REPEAT OF SERVICE. MIKE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TALK TO!!! REGGIE, ONE OF THE SALES / INSPECTOR’S WAS ON OUR ROOF, FOUND THE DAMAGE AND HELPED ME TALK TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND HANDLE THE DETAILS ( THANK GOD )..   Everything Brady Hill told us happened exactly as he said it would. There were no surprises, extra charges, false promises. Our roof was replaced quickly from the go date, and the crew was professional and prepared. When the job was finished all debris was also gone and my yard looked untouched. We are very happy with our roof and our experience with A List Renovations and look forward to using them for other projects.

  Brady Hill was absolutely fantastic! Great guy to work with and straight forward. Also, one of the greatest people to go head to head with an insurance company!
