  No safety No Training NO Silica Dust Controls Negligently failed to follow osha's mandated silica controls. My Life Mattered My goals My Dreams my family 25yld went from perfectly healthy to a fatal lung disease because no mandated controls not even any warnings were in place instead we were disposable Garbage.

  I actually saw A.J. Wells working on a house in my neighborhood. From what I could see as I drove by slowly, they look professional and today it seems as if they have completed the roof replacement on that house and it looked good. My roof is 12 years old and I thought I'd call to get an estimate. I called this morning to get an estimate and asked if they perform free estimates. The person who answered the phone said yes for a complete roof replacement. I told her I would like to get an estimate as I am shopping around. She proceeded to tell me that their cost is probably higher than others because they make sure everything is done well, faccias, etc. (probably spelling it wrong). I said again, do you all do free estimates? She then went on again to tell me that their prices will probably be higher than most and was again going on about it. I said again, So do you all do free estimates? By that time, I was getting frustrated. it seems as if she somehow thought I wouldn't want the best regardless of cost. In my opinion, all she had to say when I initially asked the question and told her I was shopping around was, yes we do free estimates if you want a full roof and proceed to set up a time for them to come by. So, after asking literally for the third time about free estimates, I said never mind and hung up. That's not her job to tell me they are going to be higher even if she's right about their cost. Her job in my opinion was to just say, we can set up an appointment for the estimate. Let me decide about if I choose to accept the contract with them. I know they do good work because I saw it on the house in the neighborhood which is why I called them in the first place. She should be encouraging potential customers to utilize their services not telling them how expensive they are. They just lost me as a potential customer.

  Dear Sarlos, We sincerely apologize for the annoyance. We use a service that contacts neighbors of customers of ours to inform them of roof damage in their area from recent storms. There was a technical malfunction that we were not able to shut down in time before the multiple calls you received.   Give 2 stars for the thoroughness of their estimate/documentation and 0 stars for their re-roof price which was approximately 80% higher than the 5 other estimates I received. I guess that’s why they make you sign a release form to even leave you a copy of their estimate as apparently folks are only using it only as a negotiating tool with their insurance company or elsewhere since it’s so high (thanks but no thanks). This company may be fine IF your homeowners insurance company is paying for your new roof, otherwise I can not recommend them to anybody else. I’m quite confident that all these 5 star reviews were NOT folks who had to pay out of their own pockets.

  Excellent company. This is the 2nd roof we do with AJ Wells. Super quick turn around and communication together with excellent craftsmanship. From the project manager to Vera and every worker in between, the customer service is exceptional. Very efficient pulling permits, getting inspections passed, adjusting to on-the spot required changes, and overall installation. We will of course use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

  I used AJ Wells Roofing Company for our primary residence and they were so helpful, reliant and trustworthy that I used them 4 more times for rental properties. When we had a small problem, they honored the warranty. I will never use anyone else. I am very pleased with this excellent company.
