  My roof started leaking, so I looked up A&S and another company to get an inpection and a 2nd opinion on the damage. The reps from A&S looked at my property for just a couple of minutes and pushed very hard to lock into them that moment. I told them I was getting a 2nd opinion and needed to speak with my wife. They continued to push before leaving. The other company gave a very good presentation by pointing out proof of the damage throughout the property and went over details on the work they do. When A&S called back later to get my answer, I politely told her that we are going a different direction. She immediately tried to guilt me because "they had given me a free inspection"(which is stated on their website) and she made a rude comment about "making them do work for free" then hung up on me. I was shocked. There are a lot of roofing companies in our area that give free inspections to win your business. A&S is not entitled to your business just because they offer what most of the other companies do. Choose another company that will work to win your trust for the job.

  After two roofers ghosted us. A&S came through and persevered, dealing with State Farm and all their “delay tactics”. The kindness of Sandra and everyone was a breath of fresh air. The quality of work and overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommend them.
