  616 Roofing was 1 of 7 roofing companies I had out to quote my roof replacement. I was provided an upfront quote, clear information on the scope of work, and excellent after-care when I had a couple minor questions. Later, they also took care of a gutter issue for me (not caused by their roof replacement) very quickly and for a cost that made it hard for me to justify doing it myself.

  Had a new roof put on looks great. Charles and his team did an excellent job. The crew cleaned up everything. Special shout out to Nate for helping me with something I couldn't do myself. It was a pleasure working with everyone.

  Great communication and excellent service. Charles and Nate inspected my lower pitched roof and found out it was badly installed 18 years ago when built and was leaking - they did the tear off, patched new sheeting, and new roof all in the same day and couldn't even tell they had been there (other than the nice new roof...)!

  Charles and the crew are amazing! 616 roofing took care of my entire roof including soffits, fascia, gutters, and a section of siding.   Very friendly, thorough, and honest. I had a leak from my skylights and they removed and replaced them. Money well spent. Highly recommended! No more leaks!

  We couldn’t be happier with our new roof from 616 Roofing & Exteriors! Charles B., the owner, and his entire team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The roof looks absolutely beautiful, and not only do we love it, but our family and neighbors have all complimented how great it looks. Charles was friendly, professional, honest, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was his integrity—he didn’t even send us a bill for over a week after the project was completed. We actually had to reach out to him and ask for the invoice, which says a lot about the kind of person he is. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was hardworking and respectful, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.   Charles and his team did a great job. Had them come out after the bad hail storm we had and had our new roof installed within a week and half after getting the go ahead from insurance. In and out in a day clean and quick! Also had gutters installed a week later and they did a wonderful job as well.

  Charles and his team were great to work with. From the initial sales visit with Ross until project completion, every step was painless. Their pricing was more competitive then just about everyone else I had quoted with and they don't appear to have taken any shortcuts either. Would recommend to anyone looking for roof installation.

  Charles responded within hours of our email contact, came right out and gave us a quote to do a repair job on our roof. They came in less than a week and completed the work, RIGHT before a huge storm. Completely quick, easy and thorough. Would never know they were even here.
