  Update as a response to owner: you were not here and thus making excuses about wind is unprofessional in my opinion. Your crew was careless with “trash” during their work. Also, it was pitch dark after 7pm when your crew asked to clean up the black shingles in my backyard. So to assume they could even see all the trash is ridiculous. Additionally, not that it your business, but I get up between 4-5 am and was getting ready for bed, albeit early. Not cool to blame me for the mess and carelessness of your crew because I didn’t let them into my backyard after dark to clean up the mess that should have not happened in the first place. I already cleaned up after them twice over a few days without complaint. I have video of a female worker using a leaf blower literally blowing shingles off the roof during high winds into my yard. So how is that “normal” in your eyes. I know no one likes a bad review but making excuses as a business owner isn’t helpful. As I posted originally, I do not see any of my neighbors having to clean up after their neighbors get their roofs replaced. Original review: I am surprised to see 5star reviews but maybe it is bc I am not a client. I’m just living in my home in between two roofing jobs your team is doing. I have had to clean up my front yard 2 days ago and now my backyard due to plastic and tons of shingle pieces everywhere. While watching a woman on the roof just blowing trash into my yard. Not to mention picking up their plastic water bottles and Braums trash. I never see anyone else have to deal with cleaning up their yards from roofers next door. Thus the 1star review.

  Ms. McBroom, we are very sorry to hear of your displeasure. We appreciate you pointing out immediately that you are not a client putting this review out there on a roof that we have done for you. Every review we have from clients, realtors, etc. is 5 stars and this is the first that’s not, so thank you for clarifying as that is the purpose of the reviews (for clients we’ve done roof work or repairs for). Roofing jobs are messy, especially on high-wind days, as this week has been thus far, but our crews always leave the jobsite properly cleaned up, as a rule. Today, the crew foreman knocked on your door and asked specifically for access to the entire yard to proceed with clean up and he was denied that access by you. Unfortunately, it is out of our hands if access to the area that needs to be cleaned up is denied. We spoke to your husband by phone and he was assured that clean up would be done and the owner would personally come back in the morning to assure satisfaction.

  Jason and his team are incredibly prompt and responsive. They have helped us through the difficult times of managing a leak in our house and navigating getting our roof replaced.
