  I had siding damage on one side of my house. I signed a contract, and they came about a month after the contract start date. They removed the old siding, swept up the bigger pieces of Styrofoam, and blew the rest into the grass. I showed the salesman the exact replacement manufacturer, color, and texture. He said his supplier had an exact replacement too. I gave Cameron a swatch when he left to get the materials, so he could be sure. They started installing, and the courses were not lining up with the courses on each adjacent wall. I pointed it out. They started over, lining them up. The color is lighter, and the profile is different. Not terribly different, but I wish I would have done the job myself. I would have used the right materials. I had just had a hip replaced, so I wasn't up to the task, at least at the time that they were supposed to start.

Unfortunately trying to match existing materials that have been exposed for a while is difficult to do because of fading from UV rays and changes in manufacturing processes. Usually when there is storm damage the insurance company will cover all of the siding to assure everything matches perfectly - vs just the area that was impacted. We do our very best to satisfy all of our customers and make sure they are happy with our work. That is why we removed the siding and reinstalled when it was pointed out that the courses were not level. I also apologize it took longer than expected to complete the job. With the massive storm damage this past spring we were behind schedule a bit.

  While this company may be good for roofing, they were awful for our exterior stucco removal and replacement paneling project. The agreed-upon timeline for our project from start to finish was scheduled mid-month and said to take 1 week. Unfortunately, the project didn’t get started until about 2 weeks after the quoted start date, and then it took about 4 ½ weeks to get it done. We’d hear from the company that they were going to show up and would ask us to scramble to paint or prep materials for them. We would have to notify our neighbors because we live in an area where their driveway would be inaccessible when the team was working. Then 1800-Rite-Roof would never arrive. This happened over and over again. While some days could be blamed on the weather, they were frequently gone in streaks of sunny, gorgeous days where there was no way the weather could be to blame. After bugging them repeatedly to please show up and begin the job, they did some work removing the entire exterior of our house, then totally disappeared for weeks! During this time, they regularly failed to answer our calls and text messages. After the removal, they wrapped our home in house wrap. Within a day or so, the house wrap was falling down and flapping in the wind. You could see the light from outside through our walls and feel the wind! The prolonged exposure of our property due to the unnecessary delays resulted in significant damage and discomfort within our home. The incomplete shielding of our house after the stucco removal phase caused water damage where water was streaming down our walls and windows on the first floor. It totally ruined the plaster in one room. It also led to increased air drafts, leading to a more heat usage and a notable rise in our gas bill (higher than the average bill for this time of year for the last 7 years and higher than any other bill we had in 2023).   Thanks for reaching out Christina. Unfortunately we were not able to meet your expectations. Your siding job was certainly challenging as we ran into many additional problems once the old stucco was removed. The walls of the house were severely rotted in several areas and we had to replace much of the wall structure behind the siding so the scope of work changed substantially and much more additional work was done which led to the job taking longer than we thought it would. In this situation working on an old house, we were replacing stucco that was applied wet 100 years ago and replaced it rigid dry board that has to be installed over a level surface. In many areas we had to level the wall in order to make it work. It is our goal to make sure all of our clients are happy with our work and we strive to get better every day.   I decided to use them since my neighbor had and was just disappointed with the follow up on the progress and completion of the repairs. I would not use them again

  Cameron and his crew are the best! They promptly began my project and worked day and night to finish it in a timely manner. The work was on my office building and I appreciated their consideration to clients coming in and out of the building during that time. The roof was inspected and is perfect. I highly recommend them!

  My two bathroom windows were rotted, and Russ was referred by my window installer to fix the source of water intrusion. He proposed siding replacement by adding a house wrap between house insulation and the new siding. His crew working on my project were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely hire again.

  I have been impressed with 1-800-Rite-Roof from start to finish. Russ answered all my questions up front relative to roof options available and the competitive quotes I was seeing. Cameron and his crew delivered as promised. While there was an unforeseen discovery during the roof tear off, Cameron was reasonable in the resolution and pricing. They also did a great job on the roofs for two of my Dad’s neighbors. I would recommend this company.

  Cameron (1-800-RITE-ROOF) installed our existing roof in 2003. The quality and professionalism of their installation 23 years ago stuck in my mind since then. When we needed a roof repair today, there was no question who I would call. When doing a room remodel, we discovered a leak. The whole project was on hold until we could get the leak repaired. Turns out a roof vent failed, and had been leaking for a bit. But the weather turned for the worse and we had cold and snow. As soon as the roof was clear, Cameron was over to inspect (this was December 23). He told me he would come and repair it on Christmas Day as he understood the remodel project couldn't move forward, and the weather was changing for the worse. This was above and beyond anything I expected. After church on Christmas, he was here and 3 hours later the leak was gone. I can't tell you what a gift this was to have this repair fixed and able to move forward with the remodel. Do not hesitate to work with this company. You will be thrilled you did.

  1-800-Rite Roof is an unusual name for a roofing company, but I was lucky to find and choose them to do a total replacement of the very large roof of my home. Starting with their representative Russ, who presented and explained every component of the process, ensuring I would receive installation of the best products on the market. There was no deposit required as they work on trust. Then the owner Cameron, a very skilled hands-on craftsman, who personally performed the majority of the work. He provided updates and photos to help me understand what he was doing, and also discovered a major structural defect on the southern edge. Any other company would have slapped shingles over the problem, but as Cameron is a true professional, he undertook the repair. He is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met, and worked tirelessly, often far past sunset using his headlamp. Their logan “Experienced, Trustworthy, and High Quality” is more than words, it’s exactly the service they deliver. Best of all, their pricing was more than fair. Thanks to both Cameron and Russ for a great job!

  Roof replacement , North siding replacement , replace chimmley box, gutter guards installed and painted siding for a reasonable price. Workmanship was good, cleaned up and removed all debris. I would recommend this company if you need a roof and repairs.

  My experience with 1-800-RITE-ROOf was excellent. They communicate, they work hard and efficiently. Getting a new roof can be difficult but Rite Roof made it very easy. The price and options for payment was fabulous. I highly recommend this company.
