  I contracted Zoller Roofing. The new roof project cost is over $40K. First, they delivered the wrong Polystick underlayment. I insisted on getting what I paid for. Then the Polystick TU Max was delivered. The Foreman for the underlayment team was conscientious and kept me informed except when they left a hole in the wall from removing the old flashing. Leadership was absent in the tile team as their Foreman left the company. The ordered tiles were a Blend one with different colors. Instead, the team was installing all the same colors together defeating the purpose of having blended tiles. Then one day when they broke for lunch, we suddenly heard a horrifying sound on the roof. It was from tiles piled up on very top of the roof that fell all the way down to the Lanai damaging 4 panels of the screen. Thankfully no one was around the pool! During the tiles installation an area of the gutter tilted. When Zoller's team couldn’t fix it, I hired mid-September a Professional company where they had to add a downspout at my own cost as the tilt couldn't be fixed. End of July tiles’ team left, Zoller’s Owner and the Project manager walked the roof and they advised that all is fine! To ensure that the work was done properly I contracted a roof inspection in August. This inspection revealed 9 broken tiles, some discoloration, and a hole in the wall. Zoller’s Owner advised that the inspector is the one that broke the tiles!! As for the hole he advised that I need to repair it as his company doesn’t handle stucco. However, he reversed later and agreed to repair the hole. Zoller’s Owner recommended in early September that I pressure wash the roof and gave me the name of a company to call. Fortunately, the Gentleman was honest, tested a small area and found out that the discoloration marks can’t be removed. I advised back Zoller’s Owner. Only in early November I got an email from Zoller’s Owner advising that he checked with some people and was told not to pressure wash it for a ye

  This review contains several completely inaccurate statements. We do not have an affiliation with any AC company, nor do we receive any kickbacks, EVER! Because you live in California, you asked if we could recommend an AC company due to the fact that you have AC units on your roof that were not up to code. You then chose your own AC contractor. Before we started the job, we met with the AC contractor you hired, and did a pre-start job walk (which in your review you said we did not do). We then had to do a second job walk with your AC contractor as the employee we met with previously, quit. So no one at your AC company knew what was going on with the job. At this time we discussed that they would would pull the permit for the AC work they were doing because you hired them as required, due to the fact that we are not AC contractors. We completed the roof with no issues. During the final inspection for the roof, the county noticed that no permits were pulled for the AC work, having nothing to do with our roof. We then finished the roof, sent you the invoice and you told us you were not going to pay for the roof because of the issues with the AC contractor and the fact that he did not pull a permit. We called and emailed you multiple times for weeks, with no response from you. We had no choice but to place a lien on your building because you did not pay for work that was completed. It is clear that you are upset about the lien fees, but all of this could have been avoided if you paid for the work that was performed.

  Zola Roofing was extremely professional. I thought the price for repairing my Rufus very reasonable. They preside me with their insurance information and what my warranty was before they started the project and when it was finished, they provided Photos for the work that was done. Very nice.

  I recently contacted Zoller Roofing about some water spots that appeared on my ceiling after a rainstorm. They quickly sent a representative out to inspect my roof and located the cause of the issue, which was a leak around a roof vent. The repair was made within a week which was important to me to prevent any further water spots from appearing on my ceiling. The roofers were very hard working and did a great job. I would highly recommend Zoller roofing to anyone in the Sarasota area who is looking for a roof inspection and/or repair work!

  This is the first time I’ve ever had my roof replaced and I’m glad I chose Zoller Roofing for the job. They are hard-working and respectful people. They completed the project in a timely manner and exceeded all my expectations. They did everything I asked of them and i highly recommend their services.

  Zoller Roofing installed our roof about 7 years ago and we've used them twice for some minor repairs. They did an excellent job installing the new roof and with repairs. In addition they are very professional and very dependable. I highly recommend using Zoller roofing for all your roofing needs.

  We bought our house from people who had used Zoller Roofing—and it is a beautiful roof! Whenever we’ve needed them to come back (say after a storm) they do so in a timely manner. They are thorough and take the time to explain what needs to be done. They are also super nice people. I highly recommend.
