  It is pretty pathetic all the trash I found in my landscaping after this company did work on my roof. I mean tons of trash, and it was tossed inside my landscaping, on purpose. Empty caulking tubes, roof debris, etc., water bottles. Besides the trash, I noticed the two workers taking several breaks during the job, and one time I saw them laying under their truck sleeping. It's a shame you give companies thousands of dollars, and this is what you get.

  I have had a terrible experience with this company from the get go. I filed a claim with them back in August.. they said we would be looking at October for a new roof.. we’re now entering March and to no surprise, I have my same leaky roof .. just in time for hurricane season.. great.

However, after thoroughly reviewing our records, we have been unable to locate any interaction with a customer matching the details in this review. Additionally, we have noted some inconsistencies, including geographic discrepancies, since the user and the other oddly timed reviews users all have more history in the Georgia area than in Florida. The timing of multiple reviews, 3 negative reviews in an hour is very odd. These details raise concerns about the authenticity of this complaint.   Called this company numerous times for help with my roof. Was met with agonizing groans from the jump. Never received a quote. Heard in the background some employees talking about how much they hate the company and how the owner is incompetent and doesn’t like to pay his workers. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go with a company that is quick, professional, and has employees happy to work there. I shouldn’t feel like a burden when I’m inquiring for their services.

  I really am at a loss here....I contacted Legacy Roofing after the storm and was told someone would be here on a Friday after I sent pictures of shingles and fascia I needed repaired. On that Friday, no one showed up and I received no notice that this would be the case...In the meantime I had lost sleep and missed overtime opportunities not realizing no one would be arriving... I was then told someone could be here Saturday, but received a text advising of the shortages and that, again, someone would not be arriving. I next received a text saying someone would be here "first thing Monday morning". Again, staying up thinking someone would be arriving in the morning - and this was not the case. All while already having paid over $1500 for expected services. I called in Monday afternoon after no one showed up that morning and I again had received no communication as to why until I called in myself and resigned myself to not sleeping before work. Still, someone was able to make it out to repair the shingles as I left for work that afternoon. However; upon getting home this morning, I saw the fascia that I had sent pictures of and discussed with an employee over the phone had not been repaired. Naturally, I called back in today only to be told, for the first time, that the company does not perform fascia repairs... I can sympathize with the storm making everyone's life more difficult, but I don't think it warrants a no call/no show on the Friday I was told someone would be here before being met with a delay until Monday when no one showed up or communicated about not being able arrive that morning as previously discussed. Then, after I've communicated over the phone with pictures of the repairs I'm looking to have addressed, to never be told until afterward that the fascia won't be addressed.... All the while I'm paying what I could consider a premium price, upfront, in good faith that I would receive service relative to the cost. The company's website adv

  Legacy roofing was very responsive came out right after the hurricane blew the shingles off had new roof in 2 weeks after. Fixed all damage in the roof had unforeseen Damage that was extra. The latest storm blew the ridge caps off. Getting a run around as To what warranty should cover G A F or workmanship. Nails pulled through shingle. 6 penny nails used not roofing. Roof was warranted for unlimited wind.

  Hey Larry, I can understand the frustration with a roof that needs repair during this time of the year. I had called to explain that while our workmanship warranty would cover you if the roof was installed incorrectly the fact that you had no issues until hurricane level winds affected the area points to another issue. GAF has a process to submit warranty claims that I am not able to bypass as a contractor. I would like to help fast track this if we are able to have a conversation about what our options are.   Very frustrating to deal with. After accepting offer and making 1/3 downpayment, they cancelled contract saying job was too small. I was dumbfounded.

  Hey Dale, I just wanted to apologize for the poor experience. As an owner I can not prevent the rep from making pricing mistakes from time to time. When I caught the error I called to correct the price and offered you a discount for the trouble. Like I explained on the phone, it is not that the roof is too small. It is that it was priced too low. I updated the pricing and was working with you to let you know what it would cost to replace but you opted for moving on. I completely understand and I hope that you find a solution that fits your needs. Best of luck.

  They came to my house and told me they were gonna fix my roof at no cost and now they stole my money and disappeared

  Hello Javier, we have no record of you in our system and I do not understand how you had money stolen if the project was supposed to be done at "no cost". Please provide your address and contact number to us so that we can alert the authorities to investigate this matter. I do see that you recently left a review to a competitor of ours that has a grievance with us. I hope this is not related to that. Regardless please reach out to our office and lets get the authorities involved so that we can get to the bottom of this. An honest company has nothing to fear. We are gladly at your service to investigate this matter and prosecute this as permitted by the law. Update- As of 11/6/24 I have not received a call to address this issue. It appears that this fraudulent review was left as a favor to a friend.

  Outstanding customer service. Srq did our roof in 2023 and an issue came up this week and the next day they had somebody out to take care of it under warranty. Finally a company that stands behind it's guarantees and promises.

  This company "Legacy Roofing" has done a really nice and professional job with my new roof. And they were respectful of my property and client communication. Always willing to answer any and all of my questions which gave me confidence with them doing the job right. After the roof was done they cleaned up all of the areas that needed to be done and unlike some other companies, they did not leave any of their trash behind showing me they respected me and my property. Legacy is a GOOD company and really know how to do a very good job!
