  I spoke with Caleb, got an estimate, and the Company had positive responses from our neighbors. Signed contract Nov '21 for an April '22 installation. Caleb called several times pushing back our time slot. Each time I said that it was fine, and they finally started in mid-June. I was back north during the installation. Caleb called me to tell me that they replaced all of the facia around my house to the tune of an additional $6,000. I responded that our facia wasn't rotten and that he was padding the bill. He took offense. I said that maybe a board or two but the entire house? He then wanted payment on the day of completion. I responded that the job was over two months late, and that could he work with me on the facia. He said no. I said that I was upset, and that he'd get the entire billing but because I waited and no one called me on the facia being replaced that he'd have to wait a month for final payment. He said that wasn't in the contract, to which I responded neither was my waiting or being taken on the facia. He put a lien on our house! I paid the bill in full in one month's time. This firm has a habit of underestimating, and then padding the bill to other high-end roofers levels. Unprofessional!! Sign a contract at your peril!!

  Mr. Ashcroft, regardless of your unfortunate skewed perspective of how we performed and communicated to you, we thank you for your business and the opportunity to Provide another quality beautiful roof in your neighborhood (where we have taken care of roughly 80 other neighbors of yours, some of which have left 5 star reviews on here). It’s very disappointing to see a 1 star review in a sea of satisfied 5 star customer reviews, and while we could let that glaring contrast speak for itself on our reputation and quality, it is worth taking the time to fact check Mr. Ashcroft. 1. Mr. Ashcroft entered into contract January 2022. 2. Each time Mr. Ashcroft was rescheduled (twice so), it was solely because of the delays in tile production which is completely out of our control. 3. Mr. Ashcrofts roof was started May 2nd (not in June). 4. Every single contract we hold with each client has a very clear written carpentry agreement with an allowance and billable rates for rotten or damaged wood replacement. This is verbally explained to each homeowner as well as in writing. Mr Ashcroft was explained this as well. 5. We do not replace any wood that is NOT damaged. On the same token we do NOT leave behind anything that IS damaged or rotted. This roof in particular has 3 tiers of fascia and 43 of those boards were all rotten. 6. We provided photographs showing damages and what had been done, as the homeowner was not present during install. 7. Unbeknownst to Mr Ashcroft, the neighbor across the street testified that the previous owner who sold the home to Mr Ashcroft, puttied and painted all of the rotten fascia before listing the house in an effort to conceal and hide the existing rot and pass inspection. That was all found during our roof install as we probed and found the fascia to be falling apart from many years of rot. We simply were there to do our job of making things right and back to sound quality. This was all communicated to Mr Ashcroft as well. 8. If Mr Ashcrof

  We did have a great experience with Southeast Roofing. Caleb and Luke are very professional, knowledgeable and made the entire process go very smoothly. Their crew were very clean and worked very hard. We highly recommend this company!!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Southeast Roofing! We had our roof replaced after Hurricane Ian, and we are so impressed with how amazing it still looks today. Years later, it continues to look phenomenal, and we have had absolutely no problems with it. From start to finish, the entire crew was incredible. They were professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, and truly cared about doing the job right. We were so pleased with the quality of their work and the way they treated us throughout the entire process. Living in Florida, especially after going through a hurricane, you want to know that your roof is going to hold up, and Southeast Roofing absolutely delivered. Our roof has stood the test of time and continues to look great. We would highly recommend Southeast Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement. We are extremely thankful we chose them and would definitely use them again!

  Great professional job. Everything was great from start to finish. Couple of minor items taken care of quickly. Getting a new roof is stressful, they took the stress out . I'll recommend to my friends. Need to rethink this review. With the follow great up on some issues I should give them 6 STARS.

  I recently had a new roof installed on my home with Southeast Roofing Consultants. The entire team was professional, courteous and communicated with me throughout the entire project. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The job site was kept clean and the finished roof looks beautiful. I am especially grateful to Luke Gaines, Senior Project Manager who did a fantastic job helping me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing contractor.

  Southeast Roofing Consultants did an excellent job replacing our old shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roof! Since the roof on our 1953 house was only attached with toe-nailing, we also added double hurricane tie-down straps anchoring the roof into the masonry foundation walls. Don't forget to have them check your roof anchoring system if you are re-roofing an older home, as today's needs and standards are far greater and it is typically much easier to deal with anchoring trusses during roof replacement. Southeast Roofing Consultants does an amazing job with project management, coordination, and communication! Matt not only helped us select the best roofing options for our home up-front, he stayed involved with the job all the way through to completion and clean-up, making sure everying went smoothly along the way (very impressive!). During installation, our project manager, Alberto, sent us daily photos with a summary of the work completed and next steps. Even though we ended up needing to replace much of the original plywood, the job was finished on time and on budget. I strongly recommend Southeast Roofing Consultants for professional, predictable, stress-free roofing work!

  Southeast Roofing did an excellent job with our roof replacement. The salesman was friendly and communicated well. The procedure was organized and communicated every step of the way. The workers were thoughtful and cleaned up after each workday. When I had to leave our home they were respectful and helpful to me. The final product was well done.
