  I saw really good reviews (all 5 stars) about this company and reached out to Zion roofing to discuss my roof repair. In the beginning Colin, who was the project manager assigned to inspect my roof work, was very responsive and showed interest. I like to ask lot of questions so I can make an informed decision and he patiently answered all my queries on the proposed solution. We worked through all the details communicating for over a week and agreed on a price. An estimate was sent that matched the scope of work and the agreed price. All looked good and I was happy that I finally found a roofing company that was fair and responsive (another 5 star review in the making). Since the roof work involved potential rotten wood repair, I requested Colin to stop by to inspect the decking so an accurate assessment on how many boards should be replaced could be made. And then suddenly, when we were close to scheduling the work, Colin stopped responding to my texts & emails abruptly. I tried reaching out to him multiple times but he ignored all my messages. Even looped in Zach to check the reason and if everything was okay with him but received no response from him either. Despite all my attempts to reach them, I could get no reply from them (I even told him I have a big interior paint work scheduled and requested if this roof repair can be done before it or at the earliest). At some point I had to stop pursuing them for an answer and their service, so I did. I felt extremely disappointed that they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me if they got busy with a bigger job and didn't feel my repair work was important to them anymore. Or simply they were no longer interested to help me. I didn't use their services, so it will be unfair to comment on their workmanship. But my work wasn't valued by this company. Perhaps they are complacent that one bad review will not make a difference. Maybe. But I will not use or recommend them for any roofing needs looking at their unprof

  From looking over your previous reviews it appears 3 of your 7 reviews are for roofing companies that you didn't even use. Sometimes we must choose which customers are actually wanting our services, and which customers are using our time to negotiate prices to use with other companies. You told Colin that you used another company to complete the majority of the projects he quoted for you. Colin spent many hours and did a great job customizing your quotes. There was one small repair that the other company did not complete. Sadly no matter what prices or solutions he came up with, you still wanted an additional discount. I told him to move on to the other customers. It was not fair to leave them waiting. We do great work and 99.99% of our customers are very satisfied.

  Absolute BEST service. Customer service the old fashioned way with actual call backs and answers to questions. Estimate and bill agreed. Crew was professional, focused, and the job was completed with amazing results. They are the ONLY call I will ever make when I need roofing assistance.

  We had two limbs crash on our sunroom roof on this last Sunday Morning punching a hole in our roof through the plywood through the shingles very near the soffit. My husband started calling roofers as rain was coming in late that afternoon. Joseph came within the hour. He is so accommodating and knowledgeable. He tacked an approximate three foot square tarp over the area and siliconed another small spot. We were safe from the downpour that was coming. In Monday, we were given an estimate and early Tuesday the team was here and at work. They swiftly replaced the plywood, the underlayment and the damaged shingles. Our experience with Zion was just wonderful. They even blew the steps an immediate patio off though our tree people were on the way to take care of the limbs and trim up that tree. We received immediate attention and help when we needed it to prevent more damage. I can’t not recommend Zion enough! And Joseph is the help you thought you could only dream about!

  Zach and his team at Zion are some of the most professional, respectful, and efficient companies I have ever worked with in my life! Also very decently priced! I would personally recommend them to anyone. I will be sticking with them for any and all roofing needs in the future!

  I can't recommend Zion enough! It's so difficult finding a contractor you can trust and is reliable. Zion is both and beyond. Also shout-out to Colin who was so patient and helpful while my insurance gave us the runaround. If you need a roofer, this is the one.
