The first three are Google’s own figures for Wells Roofing and Remodeling, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Tennessee roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Wells Roofing and Remodeling. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I started this process terrified that I'd end of with the wrong contractor. I can honestly say Wells Roofing were the absolute best. I vetted several different companies and landed on Wells with no hesitation. They did an amazing job on my roof and the ceiling repairs. Couldn't be happier and would recommend them to EVERYONE!

This is an exceptional company, with an exceptional owner, who is customer-centric, for sure! I decided to use this company because the owner’s quote was very reasonable and everyone in the office was personable. The vibe in the office makes you feel right at home, as if you are consulting with family. I am very pleased with my new roof/ decking. The installation team was courteous on the job site and spent time after installation to ensure that every loose debris and all of the nails were removed from the property. This was greatly appreciated! I am so thankful that I chose to do business with Mr. Wells. I will definitely send him referrals every chance I get!
