  Pros: Roof replacement looks good. Cons: I am left very disappointed with the fact that none of the rotted fascia and trim were replaced and painted leaving the overall exterior looking almost worse than before we had the roof replaced. Now I have to look for another company to try and get all of the rotted wood taken care of. Also, it took a full week and a half to remove a portion of our gutters and over two weeks for them to have the leftover materials taken away to the point where the city called to ask why it was still there. Overall: I cannot recommend as the objectively higher price led me to believe I would get more, instead I now have to pay even more to get the leftovers taken care of.

  Kept getting spam calls from this number. I finally picked up, when he asked if I was still the owner at the address listed and I answered "no" he proceeded to immediately hang up on me. Not even a goodbye. Cannot believe people use this business when they are that rude?

  We needed to replace an existing old skylight. Restoration Roofing installed a new one- these are not inexpensive; we paid for a deluxe model with inside shade. There was no explanation that we'd be left with an unfinished, bare wood exposed frame around the interior of the skylight in our bedroom. Also the skylight is not the same size as our last one, so there's a huge gap up to the top of the window. It's disappointing that was not explained. If they were installing a new skylight, I would think they'd finish the interior. ? Disappointed that we have to now pay for someone else to fix this. Plus we received 2 remotes and one didn't work. They just gave us a phone # to call the manufacturer. Again- not happy with this service.

  Jennifer, I own Restoration Roofing. I tried calling you earlier and left you a voicemail. Let me address the interior finishes first. We do not do the interior work on skylights. In fact, before your contract was signed, Richard, your sales person, did an in-home demo showing you an actual skylight. During this process, he also explained that there may be an exposed wood curb and that you will need someone to come in and do the Sheetrock repairs after the skylight is finished. Your pictures are misleading as well because you had unfinished wood and stains on the original skylights. See before and after pics. You are zooming in and showing the worst part of the damage, which is pretty much pre-existing. We also went out on august 3rd and she never said anything about this. This was after the work was complete. Also, our contract with you was very detailed and never said we were doing interior work. You knew that we were not doing interior work. We are a roofing company. I’d appreciate if you’d call me at 901-340-1280 so we can resolve this.

  Had them come out to fix back patio leak three times and still hasn’t been fixed.

  This repair did end up being a little more than we anticipated. Alan is right, we did have to come out three times, but we did respond each and every time he reported the leak still being there. And showed up when we said we would. We were able to significantly slow down the leak, but we were never quite able to stop it. Because of this, we did not think it was fair to keep his down payment so we promptly issued him a full refund. The owner hand delivered Alan his refund. We do a very good job repairing roofs, but occasionally we make mistakes, like every company or person for that matter. We stood behind our work which meant refunding the money, in this case.

  I did not use Restoration Roofing. I have on 32' copper gutter across my porch that is bent in several places from a ladder. I needed it replaced. They came back with a quote for over $4000 to replace the gutter, downspouts, etc. They quoted me for items I didn't even need. I'm sure they do quality work, as they have good reviews, which led me to call them in the first place. But this isn't my first rodeo with contractors. Unacceptable to quote me on unnecessary work! I hired an honest company to do my job at a fraction of the cost.

  Allen facilitated the roof installation of my home. Very personable fast talker. Over sold the job and said he could also do interior work. It took 6 months to finally come to the agreement that they could not complete the job. Now my home is being sold and FHA has declined the roof installation because they left rotted wood!!!! They did not fully complete the job. This was the worst experience ever. Also, the amounts have changed. I have recorded all my calls with them and have the receipts. Brent, harassed and called me several times to take reviews down or he would sue me. He pays for reviews by the way. For every real review, he posts like 10 fake reviews. Wow I should have hired my cousin that lives in North Memphis!!!!

  I want to respond to this because I want anyone reading this to get both sides of the story. This will be a long response, but I feel like there are many untrue statements in this review. First of all, this customer has left multiple negative review and I also have her on recording telling me that she is going to get other people to leave negative reviews. This is nothing but a nasty attempt to try and defame myself and my company. Now for the back story: this started out as a roof leak. Upon inspection, we actually found storm damage on the roof and helped her get her insurance company to pay for the entire roof and the interior damages. We proceeded to upgrade her roof, at no additional cost, and completed that work before we started the interior. During the course of doing the interior work, my painter’s mother died unexpectedly and he had to take some time off to mourn. I fully supported this. Also during this time was when the massive snow storm hit the Memphis area. This resulted in the pipes freezing and busting in this customer’s home. Even though I had paid my painter to do a portion of the work, I felt bad for my customer’s situation and completely credited her back for the work we had done on the interior. I have invoices to prove that I paid my painter and ended up losing money, but it felt like the right thing to do to help my customer out. Fast forward a couple of months and there was still a balance of around $700 that she owed on the roof we completed. After many attempts to collect, we found out that she was selling the home. It was at this point that I let her know of my right to lien the property if she didn’t pay. Once we let her know our intentions, she THEN let us know about this inspection report that said there were issues with the roof. It took is threatening to lien for her to come out and tell us this…. That makes no sense. However, I still told her she has a warranty with my company and to send over the inspection report so that I can

  I had Restoration come out to take care of a couple of issues with my house and they did an excellent job. We had old (probably original) metal flashing on the front of the house that had started to deteriorate and was allowing water to leak in. They replaced it with new flashing and made sure everything was sealed and waterproof. They also installed three proper exhaust vents for my bathroom fans, which previously weren’t vented correctly. Everything looks great and the work was completed professionally. Andre stopped by afterward to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the follow-up. I would definitely recommend Restoration to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

  From the moment I requested a quote. Nothing but the best customer service. From Andrew the salesperson to the front office and to Brent and Andre and to the roofing crew. Kept me informed every step of the way. Very informative and professional. My roof came out gorgeous. Next week is my insulation removal and install they also are providing. They offer a lot of services to meet most of your needs. Will definitely keep their number for future projects. Great group of people and great customer service.

  Great service. Excellent job explaining the process and the cleanup was fast and very tidy. Roof was installed days prior to the holiday and the cleanup was as if nothing had taken place. Staff was very easy to work with. I highly recommend for a roof replacement! My roof is beautiful! I can literally save you the time frame I took selecting a roofer. These guys were great

  Restoration roofing , put a first class roof and did a first class job on my house approximately one year ago. I have had several contractors, comment, and even the guy that does my rodent extermination work. They all said , whoever did my roof did a fabulous job. Since I cannot get up on my roof to examine the results. I am gratified that these third party experts have all told me the same thing about the great job that Restoration roofing did on my roof. In addition, follow-up with any problems or questions has been taken care of promptly and professionally. Andre , who is the production manager for the company , has been absolutely amazing in this respect. He has come to my rescue not only about questions , l've had concerning elements of my roof but other unrelated issues that he was kind enough to look at and give me advice on. He has always been wonderfully available by phone and always delivers with friendliness and professionalism.Top company with top people!

  I had a few different roofing contractors come out due to a leak, and by far Restoration Roofing was the best one. Allen came to give the estimate, and he’s the only estimator that went into the attic to find the source of the leak; he then went onto the roof to pinpoint the exact nail that was causing the problem. He also identified issues that the previous roofers created when they replaced the roof and reinstalled the gutters two years ago (no drip edge, a construction gap, and an entire section of missing shingles). On a separate note, he even identified where there are some holes in the decorative exterior stone on the front of my house that are allowing critters to get in the attic. The price was fair and work was done efficiently and cleanly. Dixon performed the repairs, and he did a fabulous job: he fixed the rotten wood on the roof, removed the horrible gutter helmets that were causing more issues than helping, and showed me before and after photos. Throughout the process, there was excellent communication. I highly recommend Restoration Roofing!

  Amazing service and quick. I mean professional with an emphasis on the pro. They got there did the job quickly and cleanly. My wife watches kids in another part of the house and did not disrupt them one bit. I could go on and on. Not to mention the fair price. Oh yeah my wife said she didnt know men could clean up that good, not a trace.

  After noticing our roof was leaking, Richard was very prompt to come out, assess, and get our roof tarped. He made sure everything went quick and smooth, and made several checkups on the house throughout the repairing/replacement.   Allen from Restoration was incredibly helpful throughout the process of replacing our roof after storm damage. He came out to our house multiple times and walked me through exactly how it would work from start to finish. Once the it began, the workers finished the whole roof in a single day.   Mr. Andrew Pickens went on top of my roof to check out my wind turbine to see why it was squealing said that it needed to be adjusted and that was needed to work. He did this with no charged and gave me his card if I have any more trouble with it he would come back check on it for me. I have never had anyone be so trueful to me with an estimate and save me money and time. I am happy with his service.I will be more than happy to recommend this company to anyone for their services and honest. Mr .Pickens is a keeper.
