Alexander, we are sorry your experience of getting a quote from us wasn't as you expected. When you first called you asked what would the minimum be, I told you our minimum it is $250 but that I needed to come inspect the roof to be able to give you a formal quote. After taking the time to inspect the roof, I showed you the problem and gave you the formal quote. We always aim to quality work with quality material. We are always clear with all of our clients, answering questions and showing the problems. Again, we are sorry your experience of getting a quote from us was not great. We wish you luck with your project.

This team of roofers are Top Notch! They are realistic, reasonable and hard working. They take pride in their craft and have high standards. I really enjoyed working and interacting with them while they worked on my roof. They answer any questions and provide options so you make an informed decision. Highly recommend if you're thinking about a new roof or repairs... 10 out of 10 STARS if you ask me!

They respond quickly and take responsibility for correcting the mistakes they made. However, if they could do things right in the first place, I would not need to pay the extra fee.

Isaac, thank you for taking the time to write us a review and for the opportunity to work on your roof repair. During the inspection, we initially determined that one metal flashing was not contributing to the leak. However, you later discovered it was. We only charged you for that part afterward. Thank you again for your trust, and please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with. -Alex
