I would like to share my experience here. During the construction of ELM Roof, it did not meet the requirements of the city. In places where two layers of protection were supposed to be installed, only one layer was done. Fortunately, the city inspector identified this issue. When I was informed that the project had been completed on the evening of the same day, there was heavy rain, and I found multiple leaks. Although the issues seemed to be resolved after repairs, the quality of the construction is very concerning
