The work area was often left messy at the end of the day, with dust and debris spread into other parts of the house. Totally poor job provider lamo.

The gutter repair team arrived late and left debris everywhere. The job looked rushed and unfinished.

Raz and his team did an outstanding job on our roof. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Spotlight not only provided the most competitive estimate, but they were also the only contractor who included my preferred shingles in their base bid. While cost was certainly a consideration, it wasn’t the deciding factor—we ultimately chose Spotlight because they offered the best overall solution and value. After receiving four bids, we are extremely confident we made the right choice. The team, management, and final results all exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Raz was great to work with -- he redid our roof on time and for the lowest price by about $5k compared to 4 other estimates. His team completed it on time and got the permit from the city very fast. A+

What a great company to work with! They worked thoroughly through the estimate process and provided solutions as our ideas changed. Mid-install we decided we again wanted solar. Not only did they have a solid company recommendation, but they also made sure our roof was ready for it!

Bay-Adjacent Roof Replacement: Why Marine Air Cuts Lifespan by More Than Half A Redwood Shores tear-off, 200 feet from the salt marsh. A roof in this location ages 2.5x faster than the same install in Walnut Creek. Salt-laden air at the granular layer. Constant fog moisture breaking down underlayment. Bay wind uplift on leading edges. Wildlife from the marsh. Bay-adjacent homes need different specs: heavier underlayment, coated fasteners, closer-set starter strips, sometimes a different shingle.
