im usually not the type of person to write a review, good or bad, but i felt like this roofing company really deserved one. after dealing with a roof leak and water damage, we spent a long time trying to figure out the best path forward and save up for a full roof replacement. during that time, i worried a lot about the condition of the roof and how much more damage could happen if we waited too long. when we were finally ready to move ahead, they came back out for an updated roofing estimate. jack was absolutely amazing. he went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were heard and fully addressed. he explained the roofing process in simple terms, looked over the problem areas carefully, and helped us feel confident about the repair and replacement plan. from start to finish, the whole experience was better than expected. the crew was professional, respectful, and efficient, and the workmanship on the new roof was excellent. they made a stressful situation feel manageable, and the final result gave us real peace of mind. i am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a roof replacement.

Our family highly recommends this roofing team for any roof repair needs. We had a leak showing up in our bedroom closet, and after we called, Donald and Jack listened to the situation and worked us into the schedule first thing the next morning. The crew arrived early, checked the roof surface as well as the inside wall and ceiling areas, and clearly explained where the damage was coming from. They walked us through the repair options, pricing, and expected timeline in simple terms, which made the whole process easy to understand. Their roofing knowledge, professionalism, and patient answers to every question gave us a lot of confidence. The next day they completed the roof repair and went above and beyond to make sure the leak issue was fully handled and everything was secure. The team was prompt, efficient, fair in pricing, and very respectful of our home. With the strong sun and changing weather, it feels good to know our roof is in the hands of skilled professionals. We are very happy with the service and will absolutely use them again for future roofing work.

We had a roofing service visit on a Saturday to inspect our roof and chimney, and it was a very smooth experience with Carl & Sons Roofing & Remodeling Llc. They called before arriving and let us know they were about 5 to 10 minutes away from our home in Camino Real Belmont. Jack showed up on time, explained clearly what he was checking on the roofline, flashing, and chimney area, and was very respectful about keeping the inside of the house clean. He looked over the chimney from both inside and outside, checked the roofing materials around it, and shared photos of areas that needed attention so we could understand the condition better. I really appreciated how professional, polite, and thorough the visit was. It gave us confidence that the roof and chimney were being checked the right way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof or chimney work.

We hired them for a full roof and gutter replacement after storm damage, and the whole roofing job went very smoothly. They were great to work with from start to finish, and we are very glad we chose them. They helped us through the insurance claim after a tree branch damaged the roof, and they made the process much easier to understand. Partway through the project, the main contact we had moved on, but miles was assigned right away and the transition was seamless. Even though the insurance review took a long time, the team stayed on top of it, followed up often, and kept us updated through every step. They were always quick to return calls and emails, which made a big difference. They explained the scope of the roofing work clearly, went over material and gutter options, and gave honest feedback so we could make the best choice for our home. They also worked with us when we needed to make changes after signing, including adding skylight replacements and removing gutter guards. jack and the crew were professional, patient, and easy to work with the entire time. The roof installation and gutter work were clean, organized, and efficient, and the finished result looks excellent. In a warm climate where a strong, dependable roof really matters, it was reassuring to have a contractor we could trust. i appreciated how simple they made a big project feel, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing and gutter services.

I recently had my two-story roof replaced, and the whole experience was great. My roof was very old and had a major leak that we were told had already been repaired before we bought the house. Before signing the contract, I spoke with Kingston and asked if they could handle the leak right away or at least put up a tarp. Instead, a roofer came out early the next morning and fixed the leak immediately. When the crew checked the problem area, they found that someone had tried to repair it before, but the patch was done in the wrong spot. That explained why the leak had never truly been solved. I really appreciated how clearly they explained the issue and showed real roofing knowledge. The paperwork took the longest part of the process, but once everything was approved, the roofing job moved fast. After a few rainy days passed, the crew got to work and finished the roof quickly. The project was completed and approved without delay. The team was professional, dependable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They responded quickly, communicated well, and delivered solid workmanship on the roof repair and replacement. I highly recommend them to anyone in Camino Real Belmont who needs roofing service. Fast, reliable, and very skilled roofers.

After meeting with about eight different roofing companies to work on our townhouse, this team stood out as the best choice for our project. We needed a new TPO flat roof installed above a slate mansard edge, which was a bit of a complicated job. Some of the other roofers we talked to didn’t feel comfortable taking it on, but this company was up for the challenge. We communicated with Miles in the office, who kept us updated every step of the way—sometimes even checking in more than once a day. Our house is quite old and has several skylights, and it shares a roof with our neighbor, so the job required careful planning and attention to detail. The crew set up intricate scaffolding and worked very hard, making sure to protect our yard and property throughout the process. They removed the old, worn-out roof and thoroughly inspected the wooden structure underneath for any issues. Fortunately, everything was in good shape. When they rebuilt the roof, they took extra care around all the skylights and managed the tricky task of only replacing our half of the flat roof, since the neighbor’s side was different. The copper flashing they installed looks fantastic and really finished off the project nicely. Although the project was a significant investment, the quality of the work and the peace of mind were absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this roofing company if you need expert work and reliable service.
