  As a landlord for many years, I can honestly say Nexora Fix Roofing is one of the best roofing and gutter companies I have worked with. Their pricing was very fair, even lower than several other roofing and gutter quotes I received, and the value for the quality of work was excellent. Eric and the crew were skilled, professional, and clearly knew roof repair and gutter installation very well. They handled a custom commercial-grade seven-inch box gutter connected to a flat rubber roof with real care and precision. The finished work blended in so well that you could hardly tell any repairs had been done. They also repaired a Spanish tile roof quickly and with great attention to detail, leaving the area looking clean and well restored. The team kept the job site neat each day, worked efficiently, and completed everything on schedule and at the quoted price. It was clear they take pride in doing roofing work the right way, using solid materials and strong workmanship. I also appreciated how smoothly the whole process went, from the estimate to the final cleanup. I would gladly use them again for any roof repair, gutter repair, or new installation because they do the work right, finish on time, and keep their prices reasonable.   i have used Nexora Fix Roofing several times before for roofing and gutter work, and every experience has been excellent. The workmanship has always been strong, the team was very professional, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. After buying a home in Half Moon Bay, i decided to update the roofline, gutters, and exterior trim, so i called Eric. He came out the same day, explained the scope clearly, answered my questions, and provided a quote the next day. The crew showed up on time each day, worked hard, and stayed friendly and respectful throughout the project. They kept the job site clean and organized the entire time, which made a big difference while the work was being done.   i needed a new roof after storm damage on my one-story home, which is under 1000 square feet. The new roof looks great and really improved the house. Because of the weather, they moved the roofing job up by a day, and that worked out well for me. The tear-off and roof installation were finished in one day, which was impressive. The crew did a solid job cleaning up the job site, and the extra shingles were picked up the next day, even with light rain, so my driveway was cleared quickly. johnathan and eric were very helpful, and the estimator also went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. Overall, very satisfied and i would definitely recommend them. i would also suggest not staying in the house during the roofing work because it can be loud, but the whole experience was handled very well.
