Re-roofed most of my house. Team was on time and clean, added 1/2" plywood layer to existing wood substrate from 1950s. Team took 1 day to prep (tarped garage which saved a lot of mess from demo), 4 days of work, finished by Fri afternoon.

Had roof replaced by Signature in August. An opening in schedule allowed them to complete earlier than the scheduled slot od early October. William and roofing crew were on time , available for any questions, cleaned up and had new roof in 3 days. An issue with an area I felt was exposed was addressed and remedied the following day. Pricing was competitive, they are local and have been in business for a long time, as I had them replace my previous roof of 25 + years, which William advised I could have waited at least another year, which says alot about their business itself

Signature Roofing is a top-notch company from beginning to end. I selected them from the 3 companies that inspected my roof and gave me estimates. Along with the estimate, Signature Roofing sent me lots of information about roofs in general, the different materials available, what to look out for, what to expect, how their company works and the warranties they offer, etc. I talked to William Cotter several times. He always called me back in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered all my questions. When the time came for the installation [in January 2025], the workers arrived on time, stayed the whole day, came every day to get the job done, and cleaned up at the end of each day. A few days after the roof was finished, we had a big storm and my new roof functioned perfectly. I love my new roof and it looks great. I highly recommend Signature Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

I obtained a quotation from Signature Roofing before the pandemic for a complete replacement of my aged but not leaky roof. I revisited the idea but did not move forward with the job till a few months ago. William Cotter was kept great records of my file. He patiently went through the details of the proposal in a honest and professional manner. My new replacement cost was higher but fair after 5 years of my own delay. The job commenced in June and was completed in about 7 days. The workers were respectful, clean and hard working. William kept the communication open on the progress. We found extra damages on the plywood underlayment after the old roof was torn. William did not hard sell me on the replacement of all the sheets. I am very happy with how the job turned out and thankful for such a hard working crew. Great job!

We got quotes from 4 roofing companies and Signature was very competitive and had good recommendations. We were not disappointed. They were great at explaining the options and what needed to be done as well as fixing things they found along the way. And they were great accomodating our need to get the roof replaced quickly.

Working with Signature roofing was very easy. They are extremely well organized like a well oiled machine with different team members having their roles and the process from quote to end was pretty seamless. The result also looks very solid, I’m happy we chose their roofing company

Signature Roofing was excellent from beginning to end. For my project (SFH shingle roof replacement, associated repairs and gutters) every step (including inspections/quotes, neighborhood and city permits, and QA) was smooth and very well executed.
