Great work and experience. I would definitely recommend them. We did our roof a few weeks ago and shopped around, got 6 different estimates and Zaman Roofing was the best price and the best quality. They finished 2836 square feet roof in a day. I loved that they had a woman in the crew. It definitely made a difference for how neat and clean everything was around the house at the end.

They arrived on time, were very professional and organized, and completed the roof in one day. They thoroughly cleaned the work area, leaving no debris behind. Zaman Roofing just replaced my roof and gutters and they did a great job. The roof was completed in one day. The crew arrived shortly after 7am and got right to work setting up tarps and wooden boards to protect the plants, shrubs and trees and well as the windows. It’s worth mentioning that a dumpster was NOT dropped off days before the work started. Instead, Zaman brought a trailer with him and removed it all in the same day that the work was completed! The old roof was removed in what seemed like less than an hour. They finished up just after 6pm but first made sure that all the debris and nails had been picked up. The roof and gutters look great, and it’s nice to know that I won’t have to worry about it again!

Brian, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! I'm glad you noticed the care our crew takes from the moment we arrive - protecting landscaping, windows, and your property is just as important to us as installing a quality roof. We intentionally avoid leaving dumpsters sitting at customers' homes for days whenever possible, so I'm happy that stood out as well. Completing your roof and gutters in a single day while keeping the site clean and safe takes a lot of teamwork, and the crew will appreciate your recognition. Most importantly, I'm glad you're happy with the finished result and have the peace of mind that comes with a properly installed roofing system. Thank you for trusting Zaman Roofing with your home! Fast, efficient and neat! We were amazed at how quickly the job was done... a single day for an entire colonial roof plus three skylights. And the cleanup was remarkable, leaving our yard as neat and clean as it was before the crew began. The GAF roofing system they installed gives us confidence of a leak-free future... a vast improvement over our last roof job. We honestly can't recommend them more highly!

I would highly recommend Zaman Roofing for any roofing work. A few years after he replaced my roof, I noticed that one or two shingles had blown off during strong winds. I reached out to Zaman, and he made the time to come out and fix the issue promptly. His willingness to stand by his work years later really speaks to his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Reliable, responsive, and trustworthy—qualities that are hard to find and greatly appreciated.

Roman, thank you for the 5-star review and for your continued trust over the years. I’m glad we could come back out and take care of the shingles that were affected by the wind - standing behind our roof installations long after the job is done is something I take seriously. Your words about reliability, responsiveness, and trust mean a lot. If you ever need roof repair, maintenance, or an inspection in the future, we're here to help!
