  Replaced shingles December 2026. Had leaks after snow storm with damage to some ceiling tiles. Carroll inspected and said someone would contact. Three months still waiting and more than six phone calls not returned (their phone system always puts you a recorded promise to return call).

  Horrible experience!! Received no stars but I had to select one in order to post but your sales representative came to my house saying that I needed a roof. Quoted me a price i paid to get the job done but I was still not convinced it was the roof only to find out that it was a baseboard heating pipe leaking onto the roof and dripping down my stoop! So he the roof so called specialist misdiagnosed the problem and it would have cost me a fortune since it was another issue!!

  Screening process to obtain a quote was overwhelming. If you want to feel like you’re applying for national security clearance, then JP Carroll is definitely the company you want to hire. Personally, I was too fatigued after the 15th or 16th question to continue and finally explained to them to please not quote the roof replacement. Based on the other quotes received, job is worth roughly $15K.

  Replacing a roof is a big decision, and choosing JP Carroll was absolutely the right one. Anthony was great to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely made me feel confident that the job was in good hands. The crew was incredible from start to finish. They worked efficiently, were respectful of my property, and the finished roof looks amazing. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated, with great attention to detail.   I got a flyer in the mail from JP carroll even though I had contacted two other roofers, they showed up, but never gave me a quote!! I was very impressed with everyone. My salesperson Simon, who I was able to contact a couple of times (even on a Sunday) after he came and gave a very detailed with video look at my roof. Our roof was about 22 years old and was damaged from a storm. We added some other work on last minute, like taking down the chimney. That was no longer in use and putting a roof shinkles on a shed that we now use as a boiler room. They said, no problem, we'll take care of it for you! Hook this up with a great company to finance this project with great rates. They said they give white glove service and they are correct!! On the day that my roof was being replaced, they took pictures of how everything was set up in the yard.And when they were finished, they put everything back exactly the way it was! They had a metal detector going through the yard just in case there was any nails or debris! I will definitely give them a call when I am ready to replace the siding on the house. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! Here are some before and after photos.

  Everyone directly involved with the replacement of my roof did an excellent job. Andrew was very thorough inspecting the roofs and attics. Anthany arrived promptly to coordinate the start of the job and provided excellent support to the crew. Danni and his crew did a flawless installation. I highly recommend JP Carrol Roofing.

  I recently had my roof replaced by JP Carroll Roofing, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ryan, my Production Admin, was amazing with keeping everything organized and making sure I knew what to expect, and Anthony, my Project Manager, was incredible throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and made the whole experience incredibly easy. The crew was phenomenal! They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and had the entire job completed by around 5:30 PM. But what really impressed me was the cleanup. They were extremely thorough — honestly, my yard looked better after they left. You would never know a roofing crew had just spent the day there. The quality of the work, professionalism of everyone involved, communication, and attention to detail were all top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Ryan, Anthony, and everyone involved for doing such an amazing job. If you’re considering a new roof, I highly recommend JP Carroll Roofing.

  We are extremely pleased with JP Carroll roofing!! We were so nervous and anticipating Add ons and excuses and issues with payment solutions… and wow, we were so pleased! Everything went as originally discussed and this company is extremely understanding, patient and competent. We will be contacting them again when ready to do next roofing projects. Very very happy and would highly recommend for roofing projects. They successfully removed a broken chimney and replaced a badly damaged gutter. . Turns out - We CAN afford it, they set it up GREAT for us!!!!

  The company is very reliable and professional. My roofer texted me when he arrived and listened as I explained what was wrong. When he finished, he showed me pictures he had taken and the repair work. Very personable and courteous. Regarding price, it was the responsibility of the condo management.
