  I was their first solar panel customer. Installation in July 2023. They replaced the roof and installed Panasonic solar panels for me. Good company for roof replacement, but I turned out to be their Guinea Pig for solar. My solar system is down for a month now because of an inverter issue. And it's till not repaired. They are learning over my losses. Communication and accountability issues.

  It took days for them to call me back about a serious roof leak. When they finally called, the woman called near the end of the day and apparently ran out right after leaving me a message. When I called back 5 minutes later, no one answered. I called 5 minutes later and someone else answered and made an appointment. The next day the original employee tried to change the appointment. There was no concern for my problem or my schedule.

  I normally don't leave poor reviews for companies, but I was really disappointed in Millstream. We were looking to have new skylights added to our home, and found that Millstream was a Certified Installer through the manufacturer. They were listed as being a certified installer for "New Skylight Installation" as we as "Replacement Skylight" installation. When I called Millstream I had a lengthy conversation with the woman who answered the phone about *adding* (not replacing) skylights to our home. She told me it was something they did. Subsequently, I rearranged my schedule and came into town (from out of state) to have an appointment with their rep. After an 1hr+ appointment, I was told I'd have the estimate in a few days. After a few days went by I was informed (over text) by the rep that they "don't do new installations". To recap: the manufacturer lists them as doing new installations, their office manager/receptionist told me they do new installations, and their sales rep told me they do installations; but turns out, they don't actually do new installations. They seem like a reputable company and I will say I had a great experience with every person I spoke to throughout the process, but there was an utter breakdown in communication between all the different parts, which resulted in a massive waste of my time. Unfortunately the trust is gone. Which is a shame b/c I was also planning on using them for 3 new roofs as well as windows.

  Jeff of Good Roof Co. met with us for a new roof installation, inspected our roof and patiently explained the process in a relaxed manner. His estimate was very fair. Paula and Alistair updated us with scheduling and were pleasant and helpful in answering our questions. Segundo and his crew did a fabulous job. They were very efficient and conscientious, and Segundo personally took the time to carefully repair and greatly improve the chimney flashing that previously had been poorly installed. Steve kept them well-supplied, and it was reassuring having his continued monitoring, available explanations. and dedication to high standards. It was obvious that everyone took pride in what they do. We are happy with the process and outcome, and fully confident in their guarantee.

  Dave came to my home, welcomed my dog, took off his shoes, and spent a lot of time with me going over my roof and the process. Out of the 6 people I had go in my attic to review air flow, he was the only one to tell me I had bees nests up there. Candi was my representative on the phone; she helped organize and schedule everything. She was super helpful when it came to having the dumpster removed. Allistar and Steve were the project managers, and it was a pleasure every time I spoke with them. I am very impressed with the whole process. Thank you!

  I needed my leaking skylight replaced in an hurry and Millstream was the most responsive company. They also came in with the most competitive quote and the quickest install schedule. Their staff was incredibly accommodating with my tight schedule and even managed to get the finish carpenter to come out same day as the installation to complete the project. Other companies were going to charge additional money for finish work after the install or wouldn’t perform finish work. Millstream by far had the best warranty and even mailed me a hard copy of my warranty certificate following the install. I am so glad I chose Millstream and will definitely reach out to them again for future jobs.

  Had to replace our roof on the house and shed and all of our gutters due to a hail storm. Had reached out to Millstream because they replaced our roof 5 years ago. As before, they were courteous and professional from start to finish. They took extra care to clean up any potential nails because of our dogs and horse, which I greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this company!

  I was so happy with my experience with Millstream Construction. I got a new roof and gutters. I got a slightly lower estimate from another company, but that person only flew a drone over my house to look at the roof when I wasn't home. Dave from Millstream looked at the roof and went into the attic. His thoroughness really boosted my confidence. Candi was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this company!

  I recently had a new roof installed by Millstream construction LLC. The quality of the work ethic and performance were outstanding, from the promptness of the initial visit to the completion of the project. At every step of the process I was given detailed information on how, what and when. The fact that I have an existing solar system on my home was a major concern, in that I didn’t want a lengthy downtime in my energy production. Millstream Construction did just that, I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them for any further projects.
