We want to respectfully clarify a few points regarding your project: Sprinkler System: When this was brought to our attention during the project, you personally informed us not to worry about it, as the system had pre-existing damage in multiple areas and was already not functioning properly prior to our work. Sidewalk/Concrete: At the time of your project, the County was actively replacing natural gas lines throughout your neighborhood and had already torn up and destroyed approximately 75% of your sidewalk. You acknowledged this to us directly and advised us not to be concerned, as the county would be responsible for repairing the sidewalk. All other issues raised during the course of the project were addressed to completion at that time. We genuinely value every customer and take great pride in our workmanship. We are sorry to hear that you feel your experience did not reflect that. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to address any remaining concerns.   I had gotten quotes from several companies to fix my roof, and they gave me an amazing price that included anchoring the roof beams to the walls of the house. Of course, my mistake was thinking that this extra work already included replacing the wood they had to remove to do the job, but no, they maliciously hid this fact. Being new to this, I didn't know this, so naturally, the percentage for replacing the wood stipulated in the contract was quickly used up, and then they wanted to charge me $6,000 USD for the extra wood used, threatening to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay. After my protests, the owner or manager of the shop, quite rudely and as if he were doing me a favor, reduced the $6,000 USD by 10%. Be careful what you sign. The only redeeming feature is the women who work there.

For that reason, we do our absolute best to explain all aspects of the project to our customers prior to signing their contract. Furthermore, the terms related to rest-rapping and Lumber replacement are clearly specified within the contract. In efforts to be more transparent the cost of wood replacement is also specified on our Lumber form. We aim to provide fair and honest services to all our customers which I strongly believe we do.   I used this company back in 2018 to replace entire roof. Company was responsive, professional and great. Having had a great experience back then, called them recently to do repair work. Now they are not responsive, gave me the run around, had to continually call them for answers. Their quality of service and responsibility to customers has gone down. Won’t use them again. Do not recommend.

  We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our team. Our records indicate that we entered into a contract in Sept. for roof repairs to a leaking area. Our maintenance technicians were dispatched a few days after to make the appropriate repairs, which were completed and closed out. During the repair process our technicians reported several cracked and/or broken roof tiles throughout the roof which was not related to our work. Since then, you requested a quote to replace the cracked / broken tiles. Our team has been in the process of locating inventory of the replacement tiles that match the existing tiles on you roof. Once this process is completed and availability is confirmed, we are able to providing you a quote. Unfortunately the process to locate the tiles has taken longer than expected due to supply chain issues and we apologize for this delay. Without confirming availability of the roof tiles and confirming they match existing tiles on your roof, we cannot send a quote. We will not mislead our client and enter into a contract that we cannot fulfill. furthermore, we do not believe this situation reflects our quality of service and we apologize if you feel differently. We are more than happy to continue assisting you in this process and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to continue.   Experience was not at all what I expected! 4 days later and still no show despite agreement of a Saturday. No show and no call on Monday appointment. This is just to obtain a quote-disappointing and quite rude!

  Wrost Company to deal with. Poor communication and they Never Return any calls. And I was giving them a large job over $100,000 and yet they are bad. I gave the job to another Roofing Contractor. So mmy advice is DON'T USE THEM AT ALL. As per my experience as a Real Estate Developer. Thanks 👍 BM

  I found this company to do my roof when I saw them working on my neighborhood. The have a team of workers with their own trucks and vans. I was so impressed. So I gave them a call to get a quote. Surprisingly, they offered a very reasonable price. Now my roof replacement is done. It's perfectly done. The main thing is they took care everything with no issues. I love it 😀

  Great Co.from Mngt.to employees. Professional efficient respectful! I can't say enough. Ppl visiting my home comment on how clean my area was during and in between waiting for inspection approval. Great team highly recommend! The office is kind informative and go that extra step to help in all your questions and needs. Others should take class from the efficiency and customer care. Workers come to get the job done right not overlooking any detail that takes a step more to do. You can tell they take great pride in their work. I am very pleased with my new roof. Ppl love to complain but few praise a great job. I do both and this is well deserved.

  My roof was recently replaced by Z Roofing, Long Seam Metal. My experience was exceptional, very professional. I was impressed with the preparation prior to starting, laid down thick barrier over the driveway, pool, and landscape, and put down special boards for the trucks to drive over so not to damage the driveway. The owner Gus supervised the project, made multiple appearances to make sure things were going as planned. He was very meticulous with the work being done. If I had any concerns he would always answer my phone calls or show up on site if it could not be resolved over the phone. Gus always gave me options and let me decide on what to do without any pressure. As a result when the job was competed I was very happy with how the roof turned out, they went beyond what I was expected. It is the little details that made the difference when compared to other metal roofs.The roof looks great and have gotten multiple compliments. The staff in the office was exceptional. They took care of all the necessary paperwork, permits and inspections in a timely manner. Thanks to Zachary, Emily, Gretchel, and Lee for their professionalism. I highly recommend Z Roofing, exceptional work.
