My experience was awful. I contacted them for guidance on inspecting my roof, and I told them I didn't need certification and didn't want to pay for it. They said that "if the roof didn't qualify, there would be no charge," which I thought was fair, since I wanted to know the roof's condition. Then I asked what the roof's condition was and saw a $400 charge. To my surprise, they couldn't help me and told me that what I had discussed was a certified inspection, which I didn't need, and neither did my family.

Hello Alberto, thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation as there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the professional services provided. Our team performed a Certified Roof Inspection, a technical service that involves a physical visit, photographic evidence, and a formal legal document. As seen in our records, the $400 fee was discussed and explicitly accepted by you when you requested the payment link and provided your billing information before the report was issued. Regarding the "qualification," a certified inspection reports the actual condition of the roof. In this case, although you mentioned the roof was replaced 3-4 months ago, our professional inspection found significant damage and wear that contradicted that information. We cannot certify a roof in good condition if it is not safe, as that would be unethical and legally incorrect. The fee covers the expert's time, the site visit, and the documentation required by insurance companies—regardless of whether the result is favorable for the policy or not. We delivered exactly what was contracted: an honest, professional assessment of your property’s current state. We regret that the condition of your roof wasn't what you expected, but our priority is always accuracy and safety. Sincerely, The Roofing Nation LLC Team
