Julian and the crew at Palmetto Pride Roofing were professional, prompt, and easy to work with. After a bad storm in Hialeah, they inspected my roof right away and clearly walked me through the insurance claim process. I got a scheduling call quickly, and the roofing team arrived on time for the installation and worked hard all day to keep the project moving. The job was finished on schedule and matched the original quote. They also addressed a problem area by adding an extra layer of roof protection and sealing it well to help prevent future water intrusion, which gave me peace of mind in Florida’s heavy rain and heat. I was especially concerned about keeping my existing gutters in good shape, and they installed the new roof carefully with no damage to them. I highly recommend them for roofing work.

After strong winds lifted and damaged several shingles, we reached out to our insurance company to inspect the roof. They first approved only part of the roofing damage. Then we contacted Malachi, who came out, checked everything carefully, and helped send in a revised estimate. Because of his roofing knowledge and steady follow-up, more sections of the roof were added to the insurance claim. Our roof was already getting older, so we also asked for a quote to replace the full roof system, including the areas not covered by insurance. Malachi prepared a fair and clear estimate, and we decided it made the most sense to complete the whole reroof at one time. He stayed in touch with both us and the insurance company throughout the process, which made everything much easier and less stressful. The roofing crew arrived on time early Saturday morning and got right to work. They handled a steep, challenging roof safely and efficiently, removed the old materials, installed the new roof, and cleaned up the property very well when the job was done. In Hialeah, with the heat, sun, heavy rain, and strong windstorms, it is important to have a solid roof, and now our home feels well protected. The new roof looks great, and we are very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall service. We would highly recommend this roofing team.

After a hot and stormy season in Hialeah, my home kept losing asphalt shingles whenever strong winds came through. It became clear that this was more than a small roof repair and would need a full re-roof. After comparing a few contractors, I chose company: Palmetto Pride Roofing because of their strong reviews and experience working with homeowner insurance claims. Randall came out to inspect the roof and found a few soft spots in the back section, which suggested possible water damage in the roof decking. He helped start the insurance claim and was there when the adjuster came out, making the whole process easy and stress free. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they kept me updated on the roofing materials, schedule, and each step of the job. The roofing crew worked fast and did quality work, removing the old asphalt shingles, replacing damaged decking, and finishing the new roof in one day. The cleanup was just as impressive, and the yard looked spotless after the job was done. The finished roof looks great, and they also handled the insurance details for the extra decking work that could only be confirmed after tear-off. I highly recommend their roofing services and would gladly use them again for other exterior home improvements.

Brantley and his roofing crew were wonderful. My husband and I are extremely happy with the roof replacement and the quality of the work. Brantley came out, inspected the roof, and gave us a fair quote. We were also pleased when he called to let us know they had an earlier opening and could start our roofing job sooner than expected. Brantley stayed responsive and kept us updated on when the crew would arrive at our property. They removed the old shingles all the way down to the decking and checked everything carefully to make sure there was no damaged or rotted wood that needed repair before installing the new roof. The crew used tarps to protect the area and catch debris during the tear-off, which showed real care and professionalism. The roofing project was finished within the estimated timeframe, and the cleanup was excellent. All old roofing materials were hauled away, and the property was left neat and spotless. We are very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Brantley and his crew for any roofing work.

We got several estimates for our roofing project, and Thomas was easily the most responsive and the best value. We had a full roof replacement with new shingles, gutters, and fascia, and the whole crew was hardworking, professional, and easy to work with. As they removed the old roofing materials, they found a few hidden problems caused by the age of the home and some original construction issues. They walked us through everything in simple terms, showed us the trouble spots, and explained the repair options clearly. They also helped us understand how the new roofing system, gutter work, and fascia improvements would better handle the heat, heavy rain, and storms common in Hialeah. The finished work looks great, and our roof feels stronger, better sealed, and in the best condition it has ever been. I would highly recommend this team for any roofing or exterior repair job.

The chimney on my older home had been cleaned over the years, but it had not had a full roofing and chimney inspection in a long time. Randall came out, checked everything carefully, and showed me clear photos of the chimney above the roofline, which made it easy to see the repairs were overdue. Julian and Malachi did excellent work replacing the upper chimney structure, cap, and flashing, and they also applied flue sealant and gave the firebox a very thorough cleaning. The whole crew was professional, easy to work with, and the price felt fair for the quality of the chimney and roof-related work.
