  I never leave reviews on businesses, but the experience I had with Amador Roofing was so criminal that I want everyone to know not to do business with them. They came to our house to fix our terrace and literally 2 weeks after they were done it started leaking again down to our carport and when we told them that they said it was a new issue which it was not. This is the issue we hired them for lol. So even after 2 weeks they said they are not responsible. After a call or two they blocked myself and my realtor when called to make it right. Absolutely unprofessional and the work they did not only caused more than good it was poor workmanship. We payed a lot for nothing. How they are still in business is unbelievable. Be warned.

Firstly, I apologize if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding. We were contracted by the previous owner of the house specifically for cosmetic repairs, and we made them aware of any deficiencies that needed attention. However, as they were in the process of selling the house, they chose not to address those issues at that time. Upon hearing from you, we promptly sent our estimator to assess the situation. During the conversation, he clarified that we were willing to work with you and provide an estimate to resolve the balcony issue. Unfortunately, it seems there was a misconception that we had performed work that was beyond the scope of our contract. I want to stress that we have never had a contractual agreement with you. If you would like to discuss this matter further, Mr. Amador, the owner, is available to meet with you and address any concerns you may have.   The person who drives the white pick up truck is a danger on the road. He drives like a complete maniac. He was just going 90mph cutting through traffic. What a great representation of your company….

  Stay away from this company. Not professional. Company presented a proposal for $9,669 (NO EXCLUSIONS, NOT PRELIMINARY, NO WORD OF SATELLITE IMAGES), collected the 30% of the total and then sent me a revised proposal for $12,312 because they supposedly didn't include the FRONT ROOF. They didn't issue an apology nor were willing to negotiate. Furthermore, they were to do my neighbor's roof which is larger for the same $12,312. If they did it to me and didn't stand by their original proposal it can happen to you. BTW, which serious company collects money based on a supposedly preliminary proposal.

  Mr. Branger, I sincerely regret you feel your experience with Amador Roofing Corp was negative. When we initially engaged to provide an estimate, the property was in transition of title, prohibiting our sales personnel to do a comprehensive onsite inspection of the roof. In the effort to not delay our service to you we provided a mutually arranged “preliminary satellite” estimate knowing that before commencement of the project an onsite inspection would need to be done. As useful as satellite imagery may be at times, it is best suited for certain instances, unfortunately the technology is not sophisticated enough to capture certain topographic features which is the basis for the discrepancies found upon the onsite assessment. We provided you with the best possible quote for your specific roof at that time. Every property is unique and having access to the property is imperative for an accurate quote as explained by our estimator. This is the very reason why an in-person examination of each roof is necessary. Unfortunately, we could not come to an understanding once our estimator apologized to you and clarified his mistake.   Amador Roofing was recommended by our realtor. They replaced the roof, flat roof and fascia. They communicated the process clearly and quickly addressed any issues that came up. We would recommend them to our neighbors.

  The service I received was very professional and it was done in a timely matter at a fair price . I was explained what the problem was and how was going to be repaired The fix was quick and the workers left everything clean.

  I had a roof replaced and another sealed by Amador Roofing. The jobs were done within the time they said it would take. They took care of permits and did a great job. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

From the planing stages of getting an estimate , the actual days of roof replacement work, and follow up , Amador Roofing were worthy and deserve a 5-star rating .   Amador was not only the most competitive bid but they also gave us the more modern, sloped roofing system we were seeking for our condominium buildings. Communication was great. Richard Amador (owner) personally came by multiple times to speak with us and address any questions and concerns.

  They repaired about 30 cracked barrel tiles. Very reasonably priced, great communication (and I don’t speak Spanish), excellent results, very professional. I recommend Amador.
