  I called a week ago and was advised someone would contact me. No one did. I called again and no one has returned my call. They apparently don't need the work. I'll be contacting another company.

  The only reason I would agree with my 1 star review is because the receptionist Samantha was kind and patient with all my calls. When I tell you this company was extremely difficult to work with, I mean it. Yura’s installed our roof prior to us moving into our home. Our roof was still under warranty, and we were experiencing a water leak inside after a big rain storm, so we called and asked to have our roof inspected. And we called. And we called, and we called. Finally after 5 days of calling, Yura’s sent someone. The guy who came inspected our roof and determined that he did find a hole in our roof, but that it wouldn’t be covered by warranty since it was a raccoon problem. He informed us that his boss Johnny would be in contact with us about pricing. I called Johnny a few hours later and he gave me some excuse about not being able to get pricing then but he would call me back with an estimate. Guess who never called? Johnny. I was also told by the receptionist that she would be escalating this issue to one of the owners and that he (Kevin Yuras) would be calling me the following morning. Still haven’t heard a word from Kevin. We ultimately called another company to come out, they came the NEXT day, and found that parts of our roof were actually not installed correctly. He agreed that there was a pesky raccoon that created the big hole, but there were many other sections of our roof (8 in total) that were damaged by wind/poor workmanship. That tells me that Yura’s was dishonest about the true condition of our roof, because they did not want to pay for the repairs. You need a brand new roof? Sure, they’ll get it done since they’re making a lot of money off of you. But do NOT count on them to do a good job, and do not count on them to repair it if it’s under warranty.

  Worst Company ever. They continue to call and harass my wife at the house for Solar panels...don't worry I will be posting ever Social Media Site about your unscrupulous practices the better business bureau and any other organization I can find you affiliated with.

I looked through our entire system and don’t show anyone with your last name on our files. We do not install solar panels nor would we call any customer for solar panels. We only handle roof replacements and repairs and are not in the business of harassing any of our customers.   Used them in 2021 to do a full roof replacement. The price for the time period was really good and the roof still looks brand new today.

  We highly recommend Yuras Roofing Company. They recently replaced our roof with a standing seam metal roof, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and it was clear that great care was taken with every detail. Kevin Yuras, the owner, provided exceptional customer service, as did the entire Yuras Team, throughout the project—he was responsive, professional, and made sure everything was done right. His attention to detail and commitment to doing a very good job truly set this company apart. We are extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Yuras Roofing Company to anyone needing a new roof.

  Hard working experiencing crews. Roof looks great. Great cleanup in mine and neighbor's yard. They did our previous roof and blessed us with discounts as a previous customer and for military service.

  Was treated professionally from start to finish. Took pictures of my roof. Explained to me my problem areas that needed to be addressed. Gave me a cost estimate and scheduled the date. On completion showed me the results. Outstanding from start to finish. Thank you for your service and attention to details.

  Great company and great work. Came out and performed a inspection free of charge. Later performed the work noted on the inspections without any undue scope creep. Very easy and efficient. The only issue I have is with their payment methods. Can only pay by mailing them a check or paying by credit card over the phone with typical expected surcharge for using a credit card. I would like to see a way to pay online using a digital payment method as I do not maintain a checkbook and this would allow me to make payment without having to get checks, obtain a cashiers check, or pay a surcharge for a credit card. This is my only issue.

  Always responsive and always do a great job! We have used Yuras Roofing for new construction as well as roof replacements. They have never disappointed us! A great family owned operation!

  The Yuras team was wonderful. Austin made sure I was happy with all the selections and was thorough in the whole process. They were easy to work with while dealing with insurance and the whole roof replacement was complete in an incredibly fast timeline.

  I’ve used Yuras roofing several times during the past 15 + years and the company is first rate!! This time they have continued their excellent work from start to finish. Juan and his crew were hard working and completed all phases of work with exceptional dedication and attention to detail. Over the two days of hard work, they at the guidance of Juan kept hard at task and ensured their work site was kept neat and neighboring homes were unaffected from construction debris. As always, the end product was completed with excellent results. I would also like give kudos to Kevin and Samantha for their coordination and hands on efforts for this project, Yuras is a great company to partner with!

  Yuras has done two complete roofs on my house, both done timely and professionally . The last roof job needed a few follow ups , which were done with no problems. They recently installed a new skylight, to replace a forty year old unit that was leaking. They are prompt, pleasant and professional.

  We replaced our 14 year old roof and picked Yuras Roofing to do the work. Our choice arose out of prior experience with their excellent work— a replacement at our old residence several years ago. Their work this time around was outstanding in every respect, from office support, estimates, contract, guarantee, workmanship, inspection, and cleanup. The crew of five toiled in 100 plus degree heat to get the job done. This company is family owned with many long term employees with a high work ethic. I highly recommend them as an excellent roofer of choice.
