Wasn't impressed at all by this company. Had an appointment 6-13-25 at 5pm. Was not contacted by the contractor until around 6:30 pm stating he was running a few minutes late, he had approximately another half hour drive to give an estimate. I recommend another date and time. Was told he would send an aerial view of my house the following day, which I never received. At this point I assumed that they weren't interested in installing gutters to my residence. 6-16-25, received a test @ 11:15 to verify if my address was correct. I notified the text I was not interested. They lost a job as far as I am concerned, due to their lack of communication and unprofessional business practices. Would NOT recommend.

I hired this guy to tear off and install a roof as a sub contractor, he immediately wanted a draw but I didn't give him one because no work was done as agreed so he left the job leaving the roof exposed and STOLE ALL THE MATERIALS, and left his trash every where and caused thousands of dollars in damage to the homeowners siding, this guy is exactly what's wrong with this industry he's a con ARTIST and thief, do not use him for anything

I spoke Monumental after not really wanting to deal with the issue of repairing my roof. The previous 2 companies fell through. One never showed up and the other never responded with an estimate after several texts and messages left. Monumental came the next day to do the free estimate and even sent me pics of the damage. They were fair in price and stated they would come the next day to repair. They came as promised and the team of 4 knocked out my repair with professionalism and courtesy. When I need the roof replaced I definitely know who I will call. Thanks for your dedication and professionalism. Most of all, sticking to your word.

I am very thankful that I found Monument roofing. I called them needing My roof tarpped and they came out the same day and that for me. They also came out to do the walk-through with the inspector and were able to explain everything in a way that I could understand. i had decided to pay out-of-pocket and monumental roofing came out and fixed my roof at a great price. If I ever have any issues again with my roof or work inside of my house, I will absolutely be calling this company back. They are amazing.
