  Can’t reach anyone. Phone goes almost immediately to voicemail. Left 3 voicemails since last week, and no one has the courtesy to return my call. Used them previously a couple years back - but very disappointed as of late. Hope this stirs a reply and phone call! Last ditch effort.

  John still hasnt replied to my previous review. Never got a reply or response from anyone with Divided Sky. They never finished the job as agreed on. Not to mention they owe me money from insurance claim because they took payment on hail damaged items they did not repair or replace, such as: fence repair, garage damage, and personal property items. Insurance company has been notified and complaints have been filed.

  Cannot get a response from the owner John. Still waiting for them to finish installing the windows we ordered with them over a year ago. Order was wrong twice now, and still cant get a response on when this job will be finished. Still waiting on them to finish sealing the windows that have been installed. Still missing all the screens they removed from original windows. After the first batch was wrong, took them 2 months to reorder the correct ones. The lack of urgency to finish this job is beyond words. Been waiting for a reply from John for two months now. So here I am having to give this review on the current situation. Maybe someone will read this and get back to me. I would not recommend this company based on this experience. Even apologies at this point don't do anything.

  Hi TXWylde, I am sorry you had a bad experience. For what its worth we spent a big chick of time during the first quarter changing over to a better software to help us manage things like this. However, we are clearly still not perfect but have really worked hard to get them better. Unfortunately, it looks like you fell through the cracks and we have certainly made some adjustemnts to correct this problem moving forward.   Terrible communication,worst customer service, 2 hours late for appointment never received estimate rescheduled additional appointment no show no call. Called complaints and got no response absolutely terrible don't use this company for anything.

  This company is super-responsive and proactive. We noticed a leak two years ago and were told that it was some deteriorating caulking, which he replaced and charged us nothing. Last month we decided to replace all the caulking after another leak, and it was done promptly and for a good price. We recommend Divided Sky unreservedly.

  Divided Sky redid my roof under a pretty intense timeline and did an excellent job. They also recently fixed a ventilation problem in my attic and installed gutters. In all cases the project management stood behind the quality of the work and did not consider the job done until everything was perfect.

  I used them for the first time and this is an amazing business. My experience from the first call to meeting Matthew Vice the project manager was amazing. Matthew explained what was going on and climbed on the roof and fixed my problem immediately. The next time I need any roofing issues taken care of I would call them in a second and I highly recommend you do the same.

  I learned of Divided Sky from seeing them around my neighborhood and hearing of positive experiences of my neighbors. Dalton (sales) was quick to come out and inspect/measure my roof. I was curious about switching from shingles to metal and he was able to answer all my questions and explain the differences. He also said it was no problem writing up two proposals for me. He got back to me the very next day with both and they were much more affordable than I had anticipated. We decided to go with shingles and they were able to get me on the schedule the very next week. We had to push one day due to weather but the crew was here as promised. They were very efficient and knocked the job out in just one day. It looks great and they did an EXCELLENT job on cleaning up every little bit of debris and trash from the job. Dalton kept in touch thru the whole process and came by the next morning to inspect the job with me. We found one small flashing issue but they remedied it with haste. All in all, I would definitely recommend Divided Sky and really appreciated the work done by their entire staff, especially Dalton!

  For those interested in installing solar systems, this is the company for you. I interviewed multiple Solar companies to find Divided Sky Roofing And Solar. Matt and Louis was the only company to identify the challenging electrical routing that I knew would be problematic once the job started. I found Matt Darst the owner to be extremely friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Divided Sky installed 52 panels on a my tile roof, six batteries and of course, the inverter and the necessary parts needed to operate the system. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated Matt’s updates throughout the process. We actually had to have the City Of Austin and the City of Bee Cave Inspect the system which caused another hoop to jump through. Matt and his team handled it flawlessly. I am also a contractor and his electrician Louis that oversees the installation is one of the best contractors I have worked with. We had problems with one component and he had to show up two different times late in the evening to correct the problem as we had a faulty inverter. I know he was driving a great distance to do that, but he wanted us taken care of and I appreciate it so much. I highly recommend Matt and his team at Divided Sky Roofing And Solar.

  Divided Sky installed our solar system. It included 24 panels and 6 batteries. They were superior in every way! Matt Darst is so hands on as a solar salesman and expert. He is thorough in his explanation but he also doesn’t sell you something you don’t need. He is a straight shooter. Jay, who was the foreman, was awesome as well. I couldn’t help notice how clean and orderly he kept the workspace. It took about 5 days to install and he ran a tight ship while working at our home. He even went above and beyond on precision in the placement on our battery wall. He moved our water hose mount making the whole area look cleaner and better than before. Currently our system is powering our house for almost 23 hours a day and is showing lots of energy going back to the grid. We can’t wait to get our first bill! To top it all off, matt sent a video at completion explaining the system. He’s always super quick to shoot back a text if we ever have questions. Hands down, go with Divided Sky! They are honest, dependable, professional and skilled!

  Very pleased with the structure repairs before the new roof was started and the solar panels removed and reinstalled. The quality is evident throughout the whole job including their clean-up during and after. Project lead Matt Vice made the process quite seamless. Our neighbor was so impressed he is having Divided Sky install his new roof and solar panels.
