Tried to call them to make arrangements to begin a roofing job, but they are too busy to take my call because they are with a client. I don’t think that’s how it works.

Mr. Newell, at the time you called I was giving my undivided attention to a client. Helping them with their roofing needs, as I should. I declined your phone call with the message, " Please leave a message, I am currently with a client. … More

I am so happy with the result of the work done by Jose (owner). He came to review the issue and within the same day I received the estimate. A few days later he came to complete the 2-day work of fixing roof leak and wall work to include fix the crack, texture and paint the wall. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience working with Joe. He is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He was very honest about what needed to be fixed and handled everything with such care. Finding someone you can trust for a new home project is so important, and I am so happy I found him. I truly look forward to working with him again on many more projects!

I woke up this morning to a wet floor in my living room. I looked up and noticed water was dripping from the ceiling after a heavy storm. I contacted Heaven Sent Roofing in the early morning and advised of what happened. Jose was dispatched to my residence within an hour, inspected my attic, and my roof. An estimate was provided and repairs were immediately performed. I must say they provided wonderful customer service and a quick response. As a homeowner these incidents may be stressful and it was nice to have a reliable company respond quickly and begin repairs.

I had work done to patch up the joints on both sides of our house. Mr Ortega personally performed the work. His work was immaculate,; kept us informed of the work and explained every step of work done. The work was done professionally and quite satisfactory. I highly recommend Heaven Sent Roofing and Mr. Ortega for any work that needs to be done.
