  UPDATE: BOY WAS I FOOLED...I requested a redo on "L-shaped" concrete slab due to cracks, and they took 5-6mos and only half of slab is level and they damaged driveway & pavers with unsatisfactory repair/pressure wash...they had (2) subs with them firing 1st..both subs were from SA, I live in NB, they showed up at 11:30 or 2pm when they did show up, and had issue when I said I had to be here when they worked, which shouldnt have been much of an issue, since I work from home 4days a wk. They charged $38,500, and I paid over $30,000, and couldn't come to resolution for balance since patio wasn't completely level, will have redo the pavers to make level and have driveway professionally pressure washed...and didn't credit for lateness of project, just a "sorry". ORIGINAL review: This company and their personnel, (mainly Bob Schmueckle) are very impressive. They are not only professional, on time with great communication, called before appointment to confirm, listened to what I wanted, gave his expert opinion/recommendations, and offered options on payment. I am impressed with the caliber of the services they offer and their knowledge and expertise. Bob with Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling LLC has made this shopping process very pleasant and reassuring that professionalism is not a lost art. I am waiting for an official quote, and and will most likely be giving them my business.

  Waited two hours for an estimate and nobody ever showed. When I called there was literally no explanation. Businesses need to respect their potential customers time. It really stinks because the rest of their reviews were good!

  I would have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We signed the contract in April and work was just completed last week, mid-December. It was a constant battle to get them to do the work and when it was done, it was poor quality. Again, a constant battle to get them to come out and fix the errors. The concrete slab had to be redone three times due to poor quality, placement of the posts had to be redone because they were not symmetrical, and we had to call them back multiple times to fix leaks in the patio cover. We even had a situation where one of the contractors was yelling at his workers and throwing ladders. We had to ask that this particular guy not come back. In the end, the patio was not delivered to our expectations, concrete slab has one area with a different color of concreate and because of how they had to fix the concrete we lost height on the patio. This company is one of the higher priced ones. We went with them because we thought the price would reflect work ethic and quality. We were wrong.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding roofing company! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job on the roof. The workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and they left the property clean when they were finished. It’s refreshing to work with a company that actually takes pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and quality roofing work. Five stars all the way! 🏠🔨

  I apologize but I am 74 years and am limited in knowledge on how to navigate in this. I was not finished with my post. Mr. Bob Scmueckle was the representative assigned to come to my home to assess the gutter install. He was very professional and thorough on how the process would be done. He showed me his portfolio of the various gutter install on homes. He praised the company he worked for as well as the installers themselves. He stated I could choose colored gutters if I wanted but indicated to him white was my preference. Today July 3rd was my install, the workers arrived at 8 am and finished at 11 am. Lenny and Oscar did an outstanding install. Mr. Schmueckle came by to oversee then returned to inspect. I was very happy with the overall install. I would highly recommend Rooftop Roofing

  Bob did an excellent job providing an estimate. He first came to take measurements and came back again to explain the work. He explained why certain materials would be used and why it made sense with the design of the house and the roof.

  Gosh, I was so very impressed with the service I received from “Rooftop Roofing”! John was punctual, thorough, & diligent in his job. Though I changed my appointment time 3Xs, he was extremely patient & accommodating…now that’s patience at its very best! While he was working on my roof, I noticed storm clouds quickly approaching. Did he immediately stop working? ”Nope”. This man stayed focus & continued working. He only stopped when the rain started pouring down. He then returned the following day to complete the job & search for any debris that may have fallen from the roof during the storm. He explained each process, provided plenty of pictures, & educated me on the do’s & don’ts to prevent future problems. I highly recommend this business for any roof project. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed!

  John was amazing! When my insurance denied my claim he not only went and did an inspection he helped me all the way through the process of getting them to approve a full replacement! His team quickly handled a full replacement and repairs to the interior. Everything was kept clean and tidy. Thank you!!
