  These people are relentless and can not take no for an answer. Just last week that interrupted 3 of my meetings while I was working from home, all in the SAME DAY, trying to solicit for work. I clearly have a NO SOLICITING sign in my yard. It got so bad I started yelling at the employees to blacklist my house. I am already in talks with another roofing company, and this company continues to harass my home with their sales people. I hate pushy sales people and companies and will never do business with this company. TO THE OWNER: IF A HOUSE HAS A NO SOLICITING SIGN THEN YOU ARE TRESPASSING! ITS NOT THAT HARD OF A CONCEPT.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Knocking on doors when there are NO SOLICITING signs posted. And baiting people into their services by checking on all the options available on their slip. Use your situational awareness skills and read before trespassing properties.

  Contractor is not able to read. Goes door to door trespassing in gated communities that are clearly marked as no trespassing and no soliciting. If they cannot read a sign how on earth do you think these people are going to be able to read blueprints or install a roof?

  I have a no soliciting sign up, and these guys still left a business card on my doorstep. Would not recommend due to their obvious lack of attention to detail.

  I was extremely pleased with Design Roofing especially Anthony who was very nice, polite, knowledgeable, and informative about every aspect of my job. Anthony and his crew did an outstanding job and I could not be happier with my new roof.

  Stetson with Design Roofing fixed my roof after a recent hailstorm. Stetson explained the process well and provided pictures of the completed work. I highly recommend them.

  We had a great experience with Design Roofing from start to finish. They showed up early, worked quickly, and were very efficient without cutting any corners. The quality of their work really stood out, and they made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Working with Anthony and his partners made the whole process feel easy and stress free. Javier was especially great. He was very thorough and kept us informed every step of the way, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.   I’ve had so many roofing companies knocking on my door after the recent hail storm, and I’ve turned all of them away. It’s honestly overwhelming how aggressive some of them can be. But something about this company felt different, and I decided to trust my gut and let them do a free inspection. I’m really glad I did. Ann came out and was professional, thorough, and respectful of my time. After the inspection, she told me there was no damage. No pressure, no scare tactics, no trying to “find” something that wasn’t there just to get a job. That kind of honesty is rare. It would have been very easy for them to point out questionable damage and push an insurance claim, but they didn’t. That speaks volumes about their integrity and the way they do business. Because of that, they’ve absolutely earned my trust. If we ever do have hail damage in the future, they will be the first company I call. Highly recommend.

  John Anthony and his wife knocked on my door and I talked to them through my ring camera. I had been bombarded by roofers that were not permitted to work in our area. I’m not gonna lie I was a little annoyed and thought that this was going to be the same thing. They were very nice and patient so I went outside and talked to them. I grilled them with 20 questions, and even called the City Hall to make sure that their permit was valid. They were very professional and did not take offense to this, and understood. I was just doing a little CYA. After they inspected my roof, it was obvious there was hail damage. It was then set up for texas windstorm to come out and do their inspection, John Anthony came out and made sure that the inspector saw every Item that was damaged during the storm. He went above and beyond. I was then contacted by the insurance company to let me know that they did approve the job. John was very flexible on setting up a date. They suggested a color that looks great on the house, and I was down to Use them as my contractor. They Earned my trust by this point. They delivered the supplies a day or two before, and Job. At 6 AM sharp they started tearing the old roof off. Their crew was very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. John Anthony, and his wife stayed on site the whole job. They got a room the night before and came from out of town just to make sure I was satisfied with the roofing job. They did a great job and I would use them again. One issue did come up with a roofing nail going down a inducer fan exhaust on my furnace. At the time, I did not know that that was the problem so I just ordered the Inducer motor and was going to change the part out. These things happen and one of those roofing nails they must have fell when the old roof off was being demoed. I was surprised to see that it was just a A roofing nail when I took the inducer motor off. I already had the new part but just put the old part back on.

  Damian Robles was the Project Manager we worked with on our roof replacement after the storm way back in March of 2025. He was professional and checked in with me at all stages and kept me informed of the process as we went. He made it a whole lot less stressful than it usually is dealing with insurance myself. 100% recommend him and the company for any roofing work.
