  They repaired a leaking roof in the Amber Terrace townhomes, and they left the trash inside of a bucket on a tenants front porch. Corporate group was called about it, and the trash ended up being blowing to the street. Two of flashing had nails, and they eventually blew to the road. No tires have been popped, but the DISRESPECT of throwing away trash on somebody else's property without their consent is nasty. They are not a PROFESSIONAL company. The company might do professional work, but company over all is not.

  We were hired to repair a roof in this complex by the owner. After assessing the leak, we sent out our repair technician to remedy the situation. Please note that the owner of the property is doing a lot of interior and exterior work, improving the property. When our technician finished the job, he came off the roof with some empty caulk tubes and 2 pcs of vinyl siding, about a foot long each. There were several buckets of construction waste on the porch of a tenant and one of the workers told him to just throw it in one of the waste buckets which he did. That was a week ago, then apparently the winds blew one of the buckets from the porch. We never received any calls from the owner and the owner does not recollect getting a call from this tenant. We certainly did not get any complaint calls from this tenant. If we had, we surely would have taken care of it immediately. So sorry for the inconvenience caused by the wind to this tenant.

  I have to say from the get go, the communication. Was large. And even personable Also, In my business, if I do extra, it doesn’t warrant a client paying extra and its it’s OK. Of its something significant, of course they need to be given prior notice, an option. I’ve had more than one experience where I was told afterwards by so and so they had to do extra to my so and so, hence the extra. This company did such a thorough job, I know they did extra and yet I paid what the original quote was. I never thought I’d be excited about a new roof and new shingles, but the choice of shingles they gave me and what I went with, makes are smile . Our one story brick ranch pops now and I don’t exactly mean through the roof!

  Mike was fantastic! Our home is in St. Louis County, in Wildwood. From the very beginning of the process, Mike said he would treat our house as if it were his own. He proved that. He could have padded his pockets more by cutting corners by installing subpar materials, but that is not how Mike does business. He put the best materials on the roof other roofers would never even offer. Mike and his team replaced a very difficult, high pitched roof. 14 hour days for 3 days with a crew of 12 people. He showed up when he said he would, the safety of his crew was priority. Everyone was properly harnessed. We felt safe working with Mike. His follow up was top notch! When Mike says he's going to do something, he's going to do it! I would HIGHLY recommend Mike for your roof. His cost was less than other roofers even with the high quality materials. (Ie 50 year shingles, ice and water shields) Mike is a family owned business and is more concerned about his clients satisfaction, rather than making top $.

  I highly recommend Your Professional Roofer if you are in need of a new roof. Communication was great, the product was what we were told it would be, great on scheduling, workers showed up right on time and they performed quality work.

  We had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Mike, the owner, is extremely professional and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company, which helped move things along quickly and efficiently. His crew was equally impressive—they put in long hours to ensure the job was completed on time without sacrificing quality.   Your Professional Roofer helped me with a new roof, siding and gutters because of a hailstorm. They worked well with the insurance company. They were there when the adjustor came out to make sure all damage was picked up on the original estimate. There were a few changes because of the cost of supplies, which he was able to get adjusted with no issues. Mike is super friendly, and his crew was great to work with. If I need more exterior work done in the future, I will definitely be giving them a call first.
