  I had Donovan come out after the numerous hail storms we experienced im early to mid 2024. My roof was leaking, and I had to ask them numerous times to please come send a person to make a quick temporary patch to at least stop the leaking. After installation, the guy whos job it was to pick up nails clearly failed, as I have now replaced 3 tires in my vehicles, all of which were nails in the tire. They were extremely quick to ask for money throughout my insurance reimbursement process, en yet they showed the exact opposite for things that werent billable or would cost them money. Huge disappointment. I could say more, but I'll spare you all the other details. Naturally, They had me sign papers stating they wouldnt be responsible for any nails that ended up in my car tires, because clearly this happens all the time. My mother and son found 30 nails on their own, and ive subsequently found about 10 myself.

Job safety and Thorough cleanup are extremely important to us and finding nails after is not the standard we hold ourselves to. While we do make multiple efforts with our nail sweeper and manual cleanups, we recognize that nails can be occasionally missed at times.   Donovan Roofing inspected our roof after a hail storm. Our roof is about 19 yrs old so I informed them that we want to make sure we have obvious hail damage before we file an insurance claim. After the inspection, they provided us with a list of components with hail damage such as shingles, a window, gutters, grill cover etc. They encouraged us to file an insurance claim with our insurance provider, Pure and offered to be here during the inspection. Pure sent a third party inspector, SeekNow, to do the inspection and two Donovan roofing employees were here during the inspection. After the inspection, they informed me that the inspector seemed to agree with them regarding the hail damage. I appreciated everything Donovan did at that point and was looking forward to them making the necessary repairs after the insurance approval. However, our claim ended up getting denied and the insurance company, Pure, basically said there was no hail damage. I asked Donovan for help in determining whether or not we should take a legal action to challenge Pure's decision, but instead of defending their findings they decided to remove themselves from the situation. Please think twice before filing an insurance claim based on Donovan Roofing's advice.

  Went with this company because they had 5 stars. All initial conversations were positive, albeit rushed.... however all follow up and project management was on us from the beginning. We had to follow up or we didn't hear anything. They assessed the roof and based on damages urged us to submit an insurance claim. The end result is the claim didn't surpass our deductible. We would have never filed a claim if there was any likelihood that that would be the case. On the follow up call, I made that statement, which sent Anthony into a crazy defensive argumentative craz... When I stated that whats done is done can we focus on helping me fix my roof... he stated you might want to call someone else. It appears that if the job isn't a huge insurance job they have no interest. They do not seem interested in actually helping the end customer.

  Danny was the BEST! He was available for any of my questions. He was consistently keeping me up on everything, step by step.Danny helped me file an extension with my Insurance. The Donovan Roofing Crew were amazing throughout the whole process! They even sat and went through my rocks during clean-up to find every nail that might have dropped. My new gutters and downspouts are so nice. My door wraps are amazing—it’s like having new doors—without the cost or hassle of!   Great communication throughout the whole process leading up to my scheduled appointment, and then during the tear down and replacement of my entire roof, which only took ONE DAY TOTAL, I still received updates while I was at work. Great admin team and just as great installation crew. I will be recommend Donovan Roofing to everyone I know or don’t know who need anything roof related.

  We highly recommend Donovan Roofing and Danny Grewe. Danny meticulously reviewed our insurance claim from hail damage and worked with the insurance company on making sure everything that was damaged was covered on our claim. The team worked quickly to replace our roof, siding, and gutters. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We would definitely use Donovan Roofing again.
