  Everything went well with the start of the project. When it came to the install- we requested black gutters and they installed white and they did not repair the chimney flashing correctly and had to come back. Now, we are selling our house and had an inspection done and it didn’t pass due to drip edge not being installed. Whenever you have questions, they take your name and phone number and say that no one is available right now (at all times of the day) and that someone will get back to you. No one in the office has access to anything (what work was done, warranty’s, etc.), even the “supervisor”. You have to talk to the “technical team” and there is no direct number to contact them nor do they ever get back to you. I’ve called everyday, twice a day for 4 days straight. Would not recommend this company.

  Please listen to the negative reviews on these guys and save yourself a headache. Started of strong ended terrible. All they want is your money for little to no work. Somehow my final invoice number jumped $1000 from the initial price breakdown but no major repairs were made to make that additional cost. Tried arguing how our numbers didn’t match almost went to BBB. They threatened to sue me as well but somehow couldn’t prove how the numbers changed from the paperwork I signed by them originally. Regardless insurance finally just gave me the difference for them so problem solved right? It’s been months later and I still have yet to receive my receipt or close out anything for paying them in full…. But boy are they quick to get what they want and not what your promised. Oh and they left debris because their trailer was too full…. Bringing a nearly full trash trailer to a new job site doesn’t seem affectively prepared to me. Having to call them later to come pick up the trash they left because somehow they didn’t feel the need to comeback for it. But yet you pay for trash removal in their services…. Really bad communication over all.

  Buyers Beware! Workers damaged my property during roof install and Company will not pay for the damage estimates even though their closeout rep noted the damage in his report. Workers also took shortcuts that were not disclosed until I reported them.

  Sorry to leave a negative review on what seems to be a decent small local company but your door to door sales people do not represent your company well. I’ve been harassed multiple Times by multiple sales people and so have my neighbors. Some of the tactics and words that come out of their mouth are not acceptable. I will never use this company because of the two sales people I’ve been forced to interact with

  I had a new roof installed and they were very professional and cared about doing the job right. A new roof can be a huge mess but they took their time and made sure everything was cleaned up so there wasn't any roofing materials or nails left behind.

  We had an outstanding experience working with His and Hers Roofing! When they first knocked on door, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. The salesperson (Styles) was super awesome — friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining all our options. What really stood out was how much they helped us with our insurance claim. They walked us through the entire process, handled the paperwork, and made sure everything was filed correctly. This took a huge weight off our shoulders. I would recommend His and Hers roofing to anyone looking for a damaged roof.

  This place is an absolute scam do not work with them. The sales people tell you what you want to hear and then you’re told later on that’s not how it works. Tavis the sales person we spoke to told us no money would be coming out of our pocket and they would only work with insurance. When one of the project managers Sebastian came out he mentioned that we needed a down payment for them to start the project. (Our deductible). We provided the down payment and were told it would be removed from the amount insurance quoted for the repairs. When I spoke to another manager they told us that Ravi’s was providing incorrect information and was fired from the company from doing so. Then when I explained what Sebastian had stated he stated they schedule no work without the entire payment upfront. Which would be our deductible and the insurance check. Henry stated they were opening an investigated into what Tavis promised and what Sebastian had stated and would get back to me. For weeks crickets and then someone by the name of Richard got involved and stated that they understood my frustration and that we would only need to pay an additional amount to get everything started. My husband I agreed to no longer move forward as this company does not keep their word nor do they care that people are being lied to. I had been emailing and calling for weeks and no one was responding. Now I get an email stating that we owe 20%. For what exactly? For the lies, you didn’t schedule service, you didn’t purchase anything, you didn’t start on the project because according to what was told to me by Henry and Richard you don’t buy materials, rent the garbage container or schedule the contractors UNTIL you receive full payment. So what exactly are you keeping the 20% for. But no worries, as mentioned in the other review that was left that was very similar to mine someone else will be handling them and they won’t be getting the 20% out of anything.   Styles was sooo helpful, went beyond what was needed, explained everything clearly. Very transparent about the whole process and really worked to get me the best from my insurance. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

  A very rude young man representing His and Hers Roofing just knocked on my door and was really snotty when I pointed to the No soliciting sign. He told me the cops never come so who cares. I called the company to alert them but they never called back. That's not a good sign.

  I'm very pleased with my new roof. The workers on my roof were friendly and respectful. They showed up early and worked hard all day. The inspector determined that most of the wood underneath had to be replaced. H&H was able to have the wood delivered and installed the same day. With 75 percent of the project done in the first day, they were back early the next day to complete the installation of the shingles and clean up.
