  We were referred to Schneider by a neighbor. They came out and gave us a quote to fix all our home hail damage; roof, siding, deck, gutters, and screen. We signed with them because they were able to do everything. They gave us the name of their deck guy. We scheduled an appointment with him and he never showed up. We called multiple times to reschedule and he never responded. The siding that was delivered was the wrong color, we have clay siding and white siding was delivered. The gutter guys were sent to install the gutters when the siding was not even completed therefore they had to leave and wait for the new siding to be installed. After the roof, siding, and gutters were done they sent us an invoice that included our screen even though our screen was not fixed. We had to call and let them know the screen was not done. They finally came and picked up our screen to fix it. It took some time to bring our screen back because they lost it. When we asked for an itemized invoice of completed work performed on our house, they refused to give us what we requested. Also, during this insurance claim we asked them to order us new shutters that we would pay out of pocket. We picked out the style, and color for the shutters. We never received our shutters. When we called and asked about our shutters they knew nothing about our shutters. After the work was done Schneider never came out to inspect the siding, gutters, or roof. No follow through and no customer service.

  Normally I don’t respond to this type review but, there are a lot of untruths on this. First you can’t rate us on the deck company. We did not hire them, it was only a referral. Bad review them on there site. Second the siding may been delivered wrong but was installed correct color. It was switched before install. Roof siding and gutters were all inspected. This was told many times. The screen was not on our contract but we did it for free to be nice. It is a total lie we never sent an itemized invoice. It was sent and changed per each request. Lastly the customer owes over 8,000 and said they won’t pay, just to sue them. These lies should come out in court. We did about 500 projects last year and had only two complaints. It is always our hope to work with people but some cases it just don’t seam like that’s possible. Hopefully our 1,000 other reviews reflect this. I wish them well as we go to court.

  I cannot recommend siding repairs based on my experience. They had poor interaction with the client and did only a fair job on the repairs. They responded well when the bid was awarded and seemed excited to complete the job. That changed during the actual repair and made me regret my choice. I was influenced by all the positive reviews.

  Quality work and decent pricing. However, was told that installation would be a one day job. Crew arrived very early before 7a.m. Crew did not speak English, so we couldn't communicate. By early afternoon, it was obvious that they would not be finished. I contacted the project manager and was repeatedly lied to about the status of the job. We had an outdoor event at our home that evening and had to figure out what to do. The crew did not finish until after 8 p.m. that night and never said a word to us that they were finished. I feel like they didn't send a large enough crew and we paid for the inconvenience and dealt with repeated inaccurate information. The crew also left a very large oil stain on our driveway.

  I was required to pay half of the estimated cost to replace the siding, and on the confirmed installation date, Schneider was a NO CALL/NO SHOW. Attempts to contact them went to a third-world answering service.

  Very poor customer communication. It took almost 6 weeks to complete the repair after paying the full amount. We were never asked what time was best to schedule an appointment even though we were told we would receive a call, the appointment was automatically scheduled and I only received an email confirmation. After no-showing on the first appointment they scheduled, I had to call back and ask them to schedule a new appointment. Apparently rescheduling missed appointments, that are paid in full, isn’t on their list of priorities. Once they finally showed up to the house to perform the repair, no one was notified they were on the property (I have two dogs so this is important safety information) and the worker was blasting music outside my home office window. I had to move to a mother location to work because the worker didn’t want to use headphones or play music at an appropriate volume. Overall, not super impressed and probably won’t be returning. The repair is completed, that’s the only positive I have.

  Apparently suddenly out of business! Had roof repair in April 2023. They were very responsive at that time. However, in September 2023 I had needed another roof repair on the opposite side of the house. Call Schneider and made an appointment for repair. Date was scheduled and time set and I received an acknowledgment via text. Day of repair I took off work, but no one showed up nor did I receive a call to cancel the appointment. To date I have not received a call or message. I have to assume that Thye went out ok business, Unfortunately this appears to be yet another business that uses they professed faith in God to gain trust and business only to disappoint.

  Called on a Wednesday about my issue with my siding and was able to schedule an appointment the next day, the gentleman was able to squeeze the fix in at the same time instead of having to come back after reviewing the issue. Was done in 30mins of arriving. Definitely recommend

  Charlie of Schneider Roofing went above and beyond in replacing our roof. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I got and craftsmanship that gave us a beautiful new roof. In addition to the roof he made sure my house was well inspected and repaired any misc problems needed We’re so glad we chose Schneider Roofing as our contractor and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and exceptional service.

  I'm giving 4 Stars because the roof and siding replacements get a big thumbs up. I'm giving Teri Schneider 5 Stars on her own because she's the REAL voice of Schneider Roofing and a wonderful resource for any/all questions. If she doesn't know the answer, she'll get one. She even called on her days off. Can't praise or thank her enough. Thank you! I withheld a star because we're not happy with the tops of the posts/pillars installed. My hat is off to Charlie Schneider for continuing to try to resolve issues that, unfortunately, just could not be resolved. He made a financial adjustment and we truly appreciate that.

  This is the second roof and gutters I've had replaced on my home. The second time was from hail damage. Both experiences were extremely pleasant. Good communication around timing and installation. The installation crews were very conscientious. I would use them again if needed.
