  Bone Dry Roofing never sent their estimate for the front half of my roof to my insurance company like they said they would and did. I thought they were working with my insurance and that the extra $1,772 I paid when they finished would be reimbursed to me from my insurance company. Because my insurance company never heard from them, I was stuck paying the extra money that I really couldn't afford. After complaining to Bone Dry about why they never sent the estimate, they said they would check into it. That was the last I heard from them. I have contacted them several times and they continue to ignor my concerns about how they let this happen! I would not recommend them to anyone after what they did to me!

  We had a appointment yesterday at 10 am never came did not show up no calls no text no email we call them girl on phone had no clue them she lie about her manger calling up back. ASAP not did not happen I get text telling up the appointment was made at 10 am I get 2 text telling us the appointment was made at 10 AM you could not pay me a billion dollars to have them on my roof are do my job hell no can not trust them BONE DRY ROOFING GODS GRACE GODS WORK THEY GET WHAT GOD SEE ON ANY ONE THAT BAD TO OUTHER FAMILYS WE FOUND GOOD HONEST COMPANY PRAYING FOR LIARS PRAYING FOR CROOKS THINK HARD BEFOUR YOU HIRED. BONE DRY ROOFING SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE

  Couldn't even get to the service... Terrible customer service and communication...I felt like I was begging them to be responsive and helpful... WAY too many companies in this field I will take my business elsewhere..

  Had them replace multiple vents on the sides of my home for exhaust fans and a dryer and one began to leak when it rain a couple months after the instillation. Called to ask them about it and the woman said they don’t guarantee their work and it would be six weeks before someone could take a look at it and told me to have a “bone dry day” which clearly wasn’t happening. When I called in August I had someone look at it to make sure it was the vent that was the issue before I called you but not that I had gone with someone else. When you guys called after leaving my review I told the gentleman I had spoke with that I had already gone with someone else after my call in August.

  I’m on mid rivers driving & a driver with plates A41 turns but honks at me like I’m in the wrong lane, the next lane over was an exit turning lane. He got too far over which is understandable it’s pitch black outside but he honks at me. Is flipping me off yelling & keeps cutting me off & followed me. In a company truck ??? That’s crazy & psycho. Trying to run people off the road when you’re in the wrong. Good thing I carry.

  Came out, didn't complete project. Ignored multiple texts and an email asking whether they were going to complete the project. Called them and was told I never signed the contract I had in front of me. Finally admitted I did and that they had it and was told someone would call me back that day to give me a date of when they would come back and complete the work. No one called. Three days later they send me a bill for the work they did not complete. Called them again. Could not give me even an estimated time frame of when they might actually complete the work. Supposedly now going to send me an amended contract so that I can just pay for the work they did do and be done with them. Can't recommend. It already took at least a month for them to come out the first time. The lack of communication with me as a customer and between every person I had to interact with is crazy. Unprofessional.

  I watched one of their crew replace a roof across the street from my house. I was amazed at how had they worked in 90 plus degree sun. They completed the job in one day!!! I had a special situation where I needed some work down within 14 days. They got it done a d the work was amazing. I can't thank them enough.

  Absolutely — I’d make it sound genuine and specific, because mentioning Ian by name and the lack of pressure makes the review much more meaningful. Bone Dry Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I can’t recommend them enough! Our sales representative, Ian Bock, was wonderful from start to finish. He was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely took the time to listen to our questions and address all of our concerns regarding our roof, gutters, and chimney top. What stood out most to me was that there was zero pressure. Ian gave us honest information, explained our options, and made us feel like he was there to help us make the right decision—not simply to make a sale. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate getting to work with people who are straightforward, trustworthy, and respectful of their customers, and that was exactly our experience with Bone Dry Roofing.   The work performed was good. The communication of when work was to be performed could have been better. I have dogs and need to be home when work is being done at my house. Roughly 2-3 times I was told work would be done on X day and no one showed up.

  Bone Dry has helped with two separate holes in my roof. They have provided quick and excellent service at a reasonable rate. They just recently removed some small wooden spires from the top of my roof and repaired a hole. They ensured there was no deeper damage and walked me through everything. I will continue to use their great service!
