  Total Rip off. Never comes when he says he would come, some how talks you to pay, in my case he took more than 6 weeks to do the work, but still Leak is not fixed and he accuses with profanity, absolutely no professionalism. Got misled by the other reviews that have 5 star, may be made up ones. Beware

  I had the same experience as Dreama Rice, multiple no shows after informing me he would be there at specific times. No follow up from him after not showing up. Disappointed since the previous reviews were so good. Will not attempt to use again.

  I have scheduled a total of 3 appointments with Charles. The first appointment he was a no show. I called and he informed me he was in the middle of a job and couldn’t make it. He never called to let me know he couldn’t make it. We rescheduled for the consultation the following day. The following day it rained and he unfortunately had to cancel again. We rescheduled for today at 10:30 am and what do you know, another no show. I called and he has yet to return my phone call. His voicemail is full so I have also been unable to leave him a message. I am surprised by the level of unprofessionalism due to his amazing reviews and ratings. I would have normally not proceeded based on him not showing the first time, but thought I would give him another chance based solely on reviews and ratings. He is obviously too busy for the volume he is receiving, but should work on being more professional and courteous to customers.

  Everyone from this company was professional from start to finish including the office staff, the roofers were punctual & did everything they’d say they would do for me. My metal roof looks fantastic ! Thankyou so much charles

  Great service! Charles and his repair techs did a flat roof repair on one of my commercial properties after two other roof companies failed to fix the leak. They fixed it the first time out. They did such a great job and I had them put a metal roof on one of my rental properties. Did a fantastic job, very professional!

  Charles is amazing!!! I had a roof leaf and he took care of all issues and concerns. Very prompt and accommodated my crazy work schedule. The roof was fixed and even sent me pictures of the repair. If you are looking for that “go to” roofer Charles is the guy for that! His passion for his career reflects on his great attitude and care for the customers! Charles, you are my “go to” guy for roofing. I can not say thank you enough!!

  Had my metal roof done by PDK Your Local Roofing Company. I had to let everyone know what a wonderful job they did. Their roofing crews were very good at what they do and fast! Would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

  Called Charles to take a look at a roof leak for me. Gave me a fair quote to change out a large portion of shingles on my home. Everything has went just like he said. Very professional. I look forward to the repair getting completed now. Highly recommended.

  Charles with PDK was amazing. We called him on a Sunday for an emergency roof leak and he came out on time . While he was here , he was able to see that the problem was our A/C pan that was leaking and not the roof. He did a full check of the roof and our attic. He was professional and his Customer service was on point.We would definitely do business with him once again.

  Last thing I wanted to do was to replace my roof. I called multiple companies in my research. Charles Gross provide himself to be a patient and honest man! His estimate was fair and a good one. he gave me insight about the architectural components of my house which led me to my decision of roofing materials. All time lines were met and I was always notified of such. The entire crew were polite, considerate of my property, and my property was left as spotless as possible. Face it we all have to clean a bit!! You will not go wrong with Charles Gross on your side!
