Just had Dakota come out was very rude and what's more concerning is the owner of this company telling people off for leaving reviews spoke to my HOA about this company very rude and unprofessional to many good roofing companies around the treasure cost don't waste your time neighbor told us today the work they do is of poor quality and they gouge the insurance company.

They did a very poor installation on my roof. We have divots in most of the panels. The roof looks terrible. They told me they were going to treat this like their own house and fix it, but it hasnt happened yet. This is what we get for going with the low bid. Lessoned learned the hard way. Did the poor quality of work have anything to do with beer cans left in my yard, the car accident your crew got in when they left, and the illegal worker getting hauled off to jail? The roof framing is fine, I had checked by another contractor, it was a poor install. I am left paying someone else to fix it and not mix and match panels to try and make it look just okay.

Correction: They encouraged me to seek an adjuster for storm damage that had happened many years earlier. I was going to be dropped by my insurance if I had done that & made a claim to get a new roof, because my roof was already 20 years old & the hurricanes had not just happened. That's why all of our insurance rates are so high! I wasn't going to become part of the problem. Fortunately, not long after that, there was a hail storm, without wind, which DID cause significant, immediate, & significant damage to our roof, skylights, and screen. By taking the high road, God answered our financial dilemma, we got a new roof, "we didn't whip the devil around the post" as my grandmother used to say, and we are not going to be dropped by our insurance!

From the first phone call of requesting an estimate to the completion of the repair work, the company performed exceptionally well! Dakota (Sales/Estimating) was prompt to quote our work and follow-through on additional work that was also needed. He made sure to call us throughout the process, including our satisfaction with the work. Adrian (Repair Technician) was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and completed the work within the same day and no mess. Jeremy (Quality Assurance) came to our home the day after the job was completed to verify its integrity. Follow-up like that is unheard of in today’s customer service world! And finally, each time I spoke to the office, they were so polite and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I had an exceptional experience with this company from the initial phone call to inquire about a repair that I needed to cover the facia of my home from woodpecker damage. Dakota came out and did a thorough job of inspecting my property with the latest technology, And explained the options that were available for repair. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Two gentlemen by the name of AJ and Jose then came out to do the installation and repair. These guys were excellent! They were very courteous and considerate of my property and picked up all equipment and debris when they were finished. This was an all-around positive experience from beginning to end. Thanks to all. I highly recommend.

Rack’d Roofing is a great company to work with. Dakota was my first encounter, from the star he was great, explained everything, was very patient taking time to answer all my questions. He brought a sample of the roofing to-my home so I could see the product. When we signed the contract he made no promises of an exact date for installation but said it would be in June and he was right on. He is a pleasure to work with. When the project started I was kept informed along the way by both Dakota and Ronnie, The entire crew needs kudos for working in this heat. As well as Dakota the office staff kept me informed regarding the instructions. In addition to the roof the also did new gutters. I can’t say enough good about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing new roofing.😊

You never know what’s hiding underneath a roof until the tear-off begins. 👀 During this roof replacement, our crew uncovered termite-damaged wood beneath the existing roofing system. Damage like this can stay completely hidden until the old roof is removed — which is why properly inspecting the roof deck during a replacement is so important. 1 day ago
