  We had a roof put on we stay on Mohawk ave it's a black metal roof love the roof so far. The problem is they have no clue who came back out to install my cameras and wiring. I was told by the head of the crew another person was coming out …

  Took forever to get an answer when the repair would be made. Sales rep could be more professional and believable.

  Mrs. Fournier, I hate to hear that your experience was not optimal. I know we were working in conjunction with your contractor and were waiting for their completion of their scope prior to commencing ours. My repair team did tell me that there were some other deficiencies noted on your home and we also took care of them for you while we were there at no additional charge.   I contacted Bob on August 26th to have them check out one of my rental properties that had a leaky roof. I asked them to check and see if they can just repair the roof or if it needed to be replaced. They went out right away the next day to check it out. I got a call when they where there with the tenants and was told it can be repaired for somewhere around $600 and that they would send me the write up via e-mail later that day. I never received that e-mail so I contacted them again on the 30th (Monday) to ask when I would receive it. I was told by Wednesday. Now I have a lot of rentals so I admit I had forgotten about it and realized on October 2nd that I still had not received an e-mail. I had not realized it was a Saturday when I messaged them but was told "I can't do anything until Monday". Understandable but an apology for not getting the write up sent to me would have been nice. On Monday October 4th I get a message from them asking if I want shingles or a metal roof. This was a surprise to me as a month ago the roof was good enough to repair. He informed me that when he went the first time no one was home so he wasn't able to check out the roof. That was a lie as he had called me when he was with the tenants on the 27th. I also know the tenants personally and they told me he was there. Ok well if the roof really needs to be replaced I would like the quote. Well here it is October 8th and I still have no write up for the job. I'll be contacting another company today. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time trying to get anything done with this guy.

After some review and meeting with Bob, I wanted to let you know that we did have a misunderstanding with the proposal at your home. We have several homes that we are currently providing proposals for and completing roofs on with the same last name (relatives) and same property management company and this did create some misunderstanding. We realized that with multiple contact points, tenants, and property managers some things were misunderstood on our end.   I contacted this company on July 10 a man name Derrick came out to look at my roof stated he was gonna send someone else out..I have called the office so many times told twice someone would be in touch...today is August 5 and no reply yet...and for the record I check my email and spam so I know I have not gotten any reply that way...

  Ms. Gonzales, Thanks for reaching out to our company for your roofing & construction needs. I wanted to address this 1-star rating regarding our service. I see by our records that Derrick spoke to someone (he said he believes it was you) at the number we have on record on July 16th advising that currently, the home was not able to be quoted without an engineers report (provided by others not us). To be able to properly estimate the roofing problems due to current Florida Statutes the amount of repair that is allowed is 50% the value of the structure and we felt that the work might exceed that amount and that is why we would need to have it for consideration. If this amount is exceeded then the whole home must be brought up to current code. This may change the direction that you would want to proceed and we only would be looking out for you to make sure that we help you in the best manner for you and your investment. Derrick had also put in his notes that you mentioned that you were upset that you had been given the same advice by others as well. I know this may not be news that you want to hear but by obligation, we have to keep our clients aware of these statutes that can become problems before they arise. Please feel free to contact me directly, I will be glad to email you the local building officials contact information and provide you with the building officials contact and also the State Statutes.   I highly recommend Neese Roofing to anyone, anywhere. They are incredibly kind, honest, and truly do fantastic work. Dave is extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and always there for us whenever a leak or even a concern of a leak comes up. We’ve had a couple of issues, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle them. They do the job right the first time, and their work is always flawless. It’s rare to find a company this reliable, and we’re so grateful for them.

  Great services provided by Jeremy Neese and his entire crew. I experienced water damage from a bad roof installation and thanks to Juan from Apex Restoration, he arranged for Josh Neese to examine the roof leakage, as the previous roofing company that installed the new roof walked away from their responsibilities to correct their work. Josh's brother Jeremy, along with his crew from Neese Roofing, exposed the damage under the new roof and totally fixed the issues. It took their 3 person crew 3 days to do the work. Observing the care and craftsmanship they performed convinced me that Neese Roofing is the real deal! How I wish I knew about them the first time! They did so well, that I hired them to replace a flat roof on the 2nd floor! Do yourself a favor and don't make the mistake of hiring anyone else but Neese Roofing for your roof replacement or repair. They do NOT use subcontractors. All the work is done by their employees who have been with them for years. They were always punctual, professional and extremely courteous to me and my family and their charges were very reasonable. They were indeed a pleasure to work with as they were super accommodating to us. My brother in law will be needing a new roof soon and after seeing the fine job done by Neese Roofing at my house, he will definitely hire them to do his roof replacement. I will happily continue to use Neese for all my roofing needs.

  My experience with niece roofing has been nothing but pleasurable and satisfying. All personnel from the office staff to the fellas in the field most enjoyable to have on my project. Should anyone ask me for a recommendation for a roofing contractor I of course would have no qualms about recommending niece roofing at all to Nice roofing was also very charitable and forthcoming and working with the council for the aged Port St Lucie and it's coordinator. Without niece roofings contribution to help me get my roof replaced due to the tornado October 9th I would still be without a roof and vulnerable for the next hurricane season I can't express my gratitude too often and appreciation for what they have contributed and accomplished on my behalf I want to say thank you very very much and I will never forget the treatment that I received. I personally want to thank Larry for everything he has done on my behalf. I look forward to stopping down to their office and thanking him personally as I know this was a great effort on his behalf.   I had a very positive experience with Neese Roofing! Everyone that I worked with was very responsive and helpful. I felt like the price for replacing my roof was fair, and I am very happy with how my roof turned out!

  Very pleased with the quality of work and finished product. Arrived when they were scheduled to and completed work in a timely manner. Great company to do business with. Received approximately 6 estimates for roof replacement and Larry Neese LLC’s estimate was reasonable.

  Reese was very professional upon arrival and worked between the rain showers quickly. The new metal roof looks fantastic, it changed the look of our house, made it looked upgraded. Would recommend Reese to anyone.

  We needed a roof and had Robert give us a quote among a choice of vendors. Robert was a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. He gave us pressure free time to talk with other vendors, see houses where product was installed, and so forth. We were able to visit in their sales office and talk at his desk. This pressure free time to decide was worthy of our 5-star review. As real estate agents in Port St Lucie, we are always recommending roofers and Larry Neese Roofing will be on our list to recommend because of how the sales process went.
