  All area roofing completed a roof replacement in March of 2023. Over the past 3 years the roof has leaked 3 separate times, one which was just found. Along with 3 leaks, there is significant ponding at the roof junction and several nails through the drip edge. Not recommended. A photo of the signed agreement was added to validate the review showing I did in fact use All Area Roofing for the job described.

  We had a signed contract, paid the 75K deposit for materials and didn't hear from anyone for weeks. They changed PM's and the communication was terrible. I asked only for them to be communicative. Multiple emails not replied to, multiple texts and calls unanswered. They then came back the week we were supposed to start and pulled out of the contract. Will also post on BBB.

  This complaint is being submitted by an individual who does not have legal authority to act on behalf of the condominium association. All Area Roofing & Construction is in direct communication with the association’s licensed property management company and designated representatives. The project remains under active discussion, and contract terms — including revisions to the AIA agreement — are still in review and negotiation. While we understand that roofing projects can be stressful, especially when insurance timelines are involved, it is important to clarify that no fully executed AIA agreement was ever finalized by both parties after proposed modifications were introduced by the association’s attorney. As with any commercial contract, material changes require review and mutual agreement prior to proceeding. We take our professional reputation seriously and have served this community for over 20 years. We remain engaged with the proper authorized representatives to determine the appropriate path forward. Given that this individual does not have standing to represent the association in this matter, we respectfully request that this complaint be removed. ~ Jennifer

  1 Star – Widespread Community Warnings, Extremely Troubling Reputation I am currently in the process of looking for a roofing company in Port St. Lucie, and I feel obligated to leave this review based on what I have repeatedly heard throughout the local community about All Area Roofing. Time and time again, I was warned to stay away. Multiple people,unprompted, shared that All Area Roofing has a reputation for taking customer money and failing to act with honesty or integrity afterward. The most disturbing part is how consistently the same concerns came up: customers allegedly paying in good faith, only to later feel misled, ignored, or outright taken advantage of. There are serious allegations circulating locally that this company steals from its customers, mishandles funds, and operates with little regard for accountability. When a business’s name comes up and the immediate reaction from locals is “do not trust them,” that speaks volumes. This isn’t a single complaint or an isolated issue it’s a pattern of warnings that should concern anyone considering doing business with them. Roofing is not a small purchase. It’s a major investment, often paid for with savings or insurance money, and homeowners deserve transparency, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Based on the reputation All Area Roofing has built in this area, those qualities appear to be severely lacking. Quite frankly, companies that generate this level of distrust in their own community should not be operating unchecked. Homeowners deserve protection from contractors who leave behind anger, suspicion, and financial regret. Until All Area Roofing directly addresses these concerns and demonstrates real accountability, I would strongly advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere for a quote. There are far too many reputable roofing companies in Port St. Lucie to risk your money with one surrounded by so many serious accusations.

  Just got off the phone with a representative which was very unprofessional asked me am I looking for the cheapest roofing company and I said absolutely. And she says then we're not the company for you and she hung up the phone on me I would not recommend this place just because of the integrity of this company and the people that they employ don't walk run from this place

  We did speak with you and your attorney. The problem was not coming from the roof and we provided a quote to fix your siding issues. We are not in the business of providing our expertise for free. I am sorry you are having an issue and we were more than happy to fix it providing you wanted to go ahead with the proposed work.

  All Area Roofing replaced my roof in December 2017 but destroyed my driveway. They didn't care about the damage and would not help pay for any repairs to the driveway. They said too bad pretty much. They said they could repair my driveway at another $3000 to $4000. I can't afford another repair and don't want them on my property any more. Do not use them, they will damage your property and not even give you a discount, not enough $100 off the cost of the roof replacement! DO NOT USE THEM!

  We apologize for the damage done to your driveway by the supplier, but they did have you sign a waiver prior because they did see a cause for more potential damage then what you already had prior to their delivery. As a company we do our best to avoid these issues and aim to please all our customers.

  ALL AREA ROOFING just completed my reroff project. It was a great experience from start to finish. A great company that is fairly priced with great service. KYLA was the best part. She was knowledgeable, she took the time to educate me on my roof system and the process and was always available for questions throughout the process. Communication is key during these projects and hands down she is the best. My advice to anyone is to call them for a quote and ask for Kyla to come out. You won't be sorry. The best decision I made was hiring ALL AREA ROOFING for my roof replacement.

  OH happy day! Our new metal roof is gorgeous. All Area Roofing did a fantastic job. I recommend this company. The salesman Felix, was excellent and very truthful and he answered all my questions. All the employees were courteous and their attention to detail was exceptional.

  Sales rep Kyla was wonderful and worked to ensure my needs and budget were met. Material dropped off and install crew worked to ensure roof was completed. There was a minor hiccup due to rain, but they worked to make sure everything was resolved. Passed inspection without any issues.

  All Area Roofing came recommended by a friend of mine who used them for a new metal roof on his house in WPB. Like me, he has a background in construction and is very particular so I figured I would give AAR a shot. They did a fine job putting a metal roof on our home in Delray Beach. I do recommend them.
